Just leaving this office. I made an appointment for 8 AM, a few weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes…read moreearly, so I wasn't too thrown off when I saw the lights weren't on in the office. After 8 :00 arrived, I called the main number. It was an off site employee that continued to try to figure out what the issue was. After 10 min a man opened the door to the dark office and asked," are you here for ?" I said yes I have an appt at 8. He said," oh, I unlocked the door but didn't turn the light on. I was in the back" I went in and he eventually asked me for my dr license and insurance card. No one had called me or asked me to go online to fill out and information previous to my appt. I stood there watching him make copies of my card and then he went to get his coffee cup. he finally said, " you can have a seat while I contact the insurance company. It could take a few minutes " . It was weird ! I was standing there for a while before he said that . Receptionists always have a " system" .... They say, "great , thank you ... I'll make a copy... have a seat" nope .... He just looked at the cards .... Took copies... Finally he tells me that they don't take my insurance. The scan alone would be several hundred dollars and that's before any treatment. Great! Before you leave people waiting for the appt day, and before you leave them outside the dark office in the hallway for 10 minutes... this office may do some preliminary questions for new patients to save us some time. The place was empty. No other staff was there. Sooooo soooo strange ! They chose this person as their receptionist? It all felt very off and strange ! I would never recommend this place ! Too bad! I'm a hairstylist and I have so many clients that like to get referrals from me .
