Soon after we have it set up and running in the bedroom excitement quickly turns to disappointment . Dealbreakers include a strangely small soundstage , stereo only ( ! ) and a serious lack of bass . I know i know it's their most compact and affordable i.e. entry-level soundbar but simply put it just doesn't even come close to the performance of their other products . In fact even the Sonos One sounds better than this so-called " budget " model . But thanks to BB's no fuss in-store return policy at least we don't have to worry about shipping it back or anything . A female employee came to us when we went to another self check-out machine because the one that we…read morehad been using was not responding. She looked at us oddly and we told her that the machine was frozen. She seemed not to understand what we said. She asked us if we used a physical card for LD Extra, and she said it was good that we did not use a physical card for LD Extra because some people do that. We were surprised to hear that because there is not a points card for LD; the staff and the machines usually ask for our phone number. She was confusing and did not know about the rewards program. If she was helpful, she could have checked that machine before she questioned us. This is not the first time that the self check-out machines wasted our time; the self check-out machines at this LD always had problems (e.g. it showed 'Call for attendant' when we did not press the button; it did not go to the next screen after we pressed a button on the screen (it just kept spinning)) and there is always no staff available at the self check-out area for assistance.

On Tuesday, May 5 tear We brought it our watch to buy or exchange for a new strap that would fit my daughters wrist. We were told this is not possible and that we had to purchase a new watch. we had the watch with us and the associate inspected the watch and told us that we can return the current one for a full refund. so we did just this. We arrived the next day and we were told that the cosmetic scratches on the already inspected watch is not returnable but that with a purchase of apple care, they can replace the wrist strap. I was surprised that this option was not provided to us from the start! 2 days, 1 store and completely different policies and procedures. Manager took no accountability for the lack of competence with his team. This could have been resolved with 1 visit which has now turned into 3 visits. My experience at this location has been terrible. Each visit they were quick to suggest options that required us to spend extra money. I guess this helped their sales quota.

I finally caught a glimpse of a partially covered small Amazon Returns sign. There was no one at this counter but next to that counter a staff was attending to another customer. It must have been a complicated task as I waited for nearly 10 minutes as he walked past me several times attending to the need of that customer. He didn't acknowledge me at all for the entire time. After he finished with that customer, he went into a back room for several more minutes and upon returning he was going to walk past me yet again so I asked him if he was supposed to be the Amazon return person. He said he wasn't but he would help me (seemingly) with reluctance. He scanned one of my packages but he said he couldn't do the second package as it was a UPS return.
