I wanted to replace a small diamond I had lost from a ring, I wanted to remove two diamonds from another ring, sadder a necklace back together, & replace a watch battery. I dropped off all 4 items on Wednesday & was told by Tuesday it should all be done. Tuesday I got a call saying they were not able to find a diamond that matched the size of the diamond I had lost (it was a tiny chip of a diamond, weight .08) therefore they were not fixing anything and to pick up my jewelry.
