We bought a refrigerator, a dishwasher, hood, and induction range here a few months ago and have been waiting to leave a review to be sure all the appliances worked etc. Here was our experience: We were met by Brandon the owner as we walked in the store and he spent time going through the models and inventory with us. We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. read more

Do your self a favor and don't waste your time. My Mother and sister came to purchase a hood from this location. They told her it was brand new and has 0 damage. We went ahead and purchased it and a little while later we finally finished our remodel. An appliance installer came to install the hood yesterday and once he peeled off the stickers he noticed the whole hood is completely dented in. Right when we heard that we called the place and sent them photos and they tell us there's nothing we can do about it even though they told us multiple times it had 0 damage. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from here! SINCE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR COMMENT 100 times because you have nothing to say I'll add a-bit more! (To come and lie to protect the business you know how to do) But to take care of customers who experienced issues with your merchandise you don't know how to do. After spending a lot of money on a hood already that turned out to be dented , you're looking to squeeze more money out of customers. This is just unacceptable. THE HOOD WAS NEVER REMOVED OUT OF THE BOX. THEY DID OPEN THE BOX TO SHOW US HOW IT LOOKED. We did not inspect for damage. They told us it had 0 damage and with good faith we purchased it. Don't blame customers for damaged appliances when you yourself know you sell damaged stuff. We contacted you almost 2 months after because we had not finished our kitchen until now and had the chance to install it. "If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. This review is based on the previous owner and an employee that appears to no longer be at Appliance & TV Outlet. Working with new owner Brandon to hopefully get issue resolved. Happy to see he is open to communicating. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. My adventure with this company started May 23rd, 2024 and continues to this day. I am a single dad with four kids at home, so typically would not spend the time to write a detailed review. This deserves an exception. I bought a Thermador refrigerator and freezer from Hovhannes Sayadyan (also goes by Sean). The freezer was missing all four door bins. Hovhannes promised he would order the bins and get them to me as soon as possible. That never happened. Over the course of the last 18 months, Hovhannes and Lem had one excuse after another. Below are a few examples: Excuse 1: "The freezer door bins are not currently in stock with Thermador." [I called Thermador... yes, they were in stock... yes, they were available to ship the next day]. (July 2024) Excuse 2: "I submitted the order in May. They lost the order, so I'll reorder now." (Aug 2024) Excuse 3: "My parts guy will be back on Monday, he is the one that ordered the shelves. I'll get back with you Monday with an update". (Aug 2024) Excuse 4: "The four freezer bins are on back order... not currently available from Thermador". (Aug 2024) [I called Thermador again... yes, parts were in stock and ready to ship]. (Aug 2024) Excuse 5: "We ordered the four freezer bins the end of May, then order got cancelled (due to payment issue), then we reordered them on July 25" (Aug 2024) Excuse 6: "I have two of the four door bins and can send them on Monday. I'll talk with the owner and will let you know about other two". [Freezer door bins never arrived. Never heard back about the other two either]. (Sept 2024) Excuse 7: "No update on the four door bins" After multiple text message requests for updates. "I'm out of the country currently and will let the store know" (Oct and Nov 2024). All text messages and voicemails ignored after this point. After no contact or updates from Appliance TV Outlet, I called the store and talked with Lem. Seems like a nice guy and really wants to get the issue resolved. I forwarded Lem all the previous communication with Hovhannes. Lem was very kind and apologetic. He said he would "get on top of it on Monday, and would do his best in order to resolve this as soon as possible". (July 2025) Additionally, drove to the Appliance TV Outlet store twice to see if the issue could be resolved in person. It's 1.5 hours each way to get to Glendora from my house. They were very nice in person, and seemed eager to get the issue resolved... yet absolutely no follow-up after I left. Excuse 8: "Thanks for waiting, I think I got the freezer door bins but wanna make sure they are correct, can I ask you to measure the width of your freezer door from inside on which those trays go on?" [Sent measurements to Lem immediately]. (Aug 2025) Excuse 9: "Sorry was out of the store. I asked the distribution center to ship the bins that we got here for you to check and see. You mind if I double check with them tomorrow?" (Sept 2025) Excuse 10: "Apologize for the late reply, the freezer door bins provided were also the wrong size, so I got the right ones myself and reordered them. This time looked into everything personally and made sure it works. Will receive details on arrival date today". (Sept 2025) Excuse 11: After three weeks of calling and texting Lem, his response... "Hi, so sorry for coming back this late. We have sent the bins back and are waiting. I think two bins are arriving tomorrow, so I will ship those right away". (Oct 2025) I asked if the bins came in... Lem said yes, then asked for my address. I immediately texted my address, and Lem said "Thank you. I will let you know as soon as we ship it." (Oct 2025) Door bins never arrived. Lem has been completely unresponsive. Have been calling Lem and sending text messages since his last communication a month ago. It's now November 13, 2025. Nearly 18 months since I bought the freezer. Simply asking for the four missing freezer door bins Hovhannes promised when I bought the freezer. An absolute waste of time and energy. Here's where you can avoid all this nonsense. Learn from my mistake. Absolutely do not buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. For whatever you might save up front, it will not be worth the endless headaches if any follow-up issues arise. read more

I drove up to the store from my home in South Orange County and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. After explaining what I was looking for and what my budget was she walked be through the rows pointing out what was available that met my criteria. One thing I really apricated was that she did not try to upsell me or push to the high end of my budget. We found just what I wanted right in the middle of my budget target. During the check out I asked about warranty she explained that there would be the normal manufactures warranty and that I had 30 days to purchase the extended warranty if I wanted. She did not push the extended warranty just simply explained that it was available If I wanted. I should preface this by saying that I normally don't write reviews, however, my experience with Appliance TV Outlet was a very bad one. The customer service was horrible. I purchased a cosmetically damaged fridge from them on Aug 30th, 2024 with delivery. The sales associate, Hovhannes Sayadyan, guaranteed me that the fridge would be delivered the next day, Saturday. I waited all of Saturday at home for the delivery, however it never arrived. I called Appliance TV outlet at the end of the day, asking what was up. They told me that "their delivery company's truck was out of commission" and that "110% the delivery will arrive Tuesday." Tuesday came around, I waited all day for the delivery, however it never arrived with no contact from the delivery company nor Appliance TV Outlet. I called them at the end of the day and they told me that they called me over and over, leaving messages, and that the delivery company arrived at my house, but was not able to find the front door. I had zero calls from either Appliance TV Outlet nor the delivery company. Turns out, they had not copied my phone number correctly and dialed the wrong number over and over. It wasn't until I called them and forced them to check my number did I find their error. They then assured me that the delivery would arrive Thursday. They also said that they would refund my delivery fee. Spoiler alert: they did not end up refunding anything. I let both Appliance TV Outlet and the delivery company know that I will NOT be available in the morning and that they should arrive AFTER 2pm. I did not have a 3rd day to wait around for them. The delivery arrived at 8AM when I was not home. I had to drive over from work in order to let the delivery guys into the house. They then told me I would have to pay extra for the water connection hose, which I was assured by Hovhannes Sayadyan, would be included with delivery as it was part of what is contained in the box with the fridge. The fridge did not come with any shelving for the doors and a significant number of the shelves for the main compartment of the fridge were missing. There was no water connection hose. I had to buy all of these replacements parts from amazon. They also did not provide any discount for the fridge that was damaged. They made me pay the normal retail price PLUS a delivery fee. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I had to call them almost 10 times. They wasted DAYS of my time, LIED to me over the phone, and RIPPED ME OFF. Do not purchase from Appliance TV Outlet. I purchased a refrigerator from this location. I also bought the warranty policy. after 1 1/2 years my ice maker quit working. The insurance company sent a repair man came out to fix it 3 different times and every time they came out they left without the ice maker working. after several weeks went by after the last service I called the repair man asking why they didn't return, there answer was your policy had expire and they couldn't come back, I responded with you never fixed the issue when the policy was in effect. My issues here is, the repair man blames the insurance company let the policy expire because after 3 service call, they must replace the unit. I received no help from Appliance TV outlet. I went in here looking for a dishwasher. It's one of those stores that sells appliances at a discounted rate due to it being surplus, slightly dinged up, refurbished, or etc. The store is huge they have a lot of selection to choose from and a lot of varieties, I was pretty impressed. We have fridges, washers and dryers, some restaurant grade items, ovens, and they even have workout machines! Sean was super helpful and seemed very upfront and honest. Depending on what item you buy, there might even be warranties and a pretty decent return/exchange period, be sure to ask about that. Ended up getting a dishwasher and I was really happy with the price for what I got and the dent on machine was pretty small. So far the dishwasher's working well, there has been some minor issues but the store's been pretty helpful with trying to troubleshoot and I feel confident that they'll help resolve the issue, or we'll have to work something out. Stay Away from this establishment!!!!! No warranty!!!!! We speant $5412 We purchased a Kichenaid Range top and a microwave/oven combo. Initially I had a good repor with the salesman Sayadyan Hovhannes... but that quickly changed once I open the products for installation and noticed missing parts and damage. The oven was clearly used and showed grease and such between the glass panels. The microwave was missing the insert rack and food cover and had a torn seal on the door. The range top was missing the grate for the wok in which he assured me that it would be mailed to me directly as it was on order! Several months later nothing! When I called Sayadyan, he got very defensive and clearly told me that I had inspected the items when I purchased and they were not that way. Hmmmmm Yes, I inspected but not with a fine tooth comb! He got upset and cursed me out and told me the items were sold, " As is"...... Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. I wish I could give you 0 star... So, on Nov 25th I've purchased a laundry machine and a dryer from this store. I think, whoever bought anything at this store knows, that the prices are not cheap. Can you imagine my level of disappointment when during the first use, the washer was licking... well, after what I found out next, that's the tiniest issue. When I load the clothes in a dryer , in couple mins I came to a smell, like something was burning. Guys, I LITERALLY SAW, HOW MY CLOTHES WERE BURNING AND THERE WAS A DARK SMOKE AROUND MY LAUNDRY!!!! So grateful, I was home and didn't leave, after loading the laundry!!!!! Cause you never know, what would have happened!!! So, now, after seeing that they sold me damaged and disfunctional items, I reached the company out, describing them the issue... they sent a technician, who admitted himself, that if we're going to continue using the dryer, it can burn everything down... They said, they're going to change some details in the dryer, but why do details need a repairment, if you have a paid for an absolutely new machines? Funny right? Well, I think it's needless to mention about the material and menthal damage, but all I'm going to add, that it's been almost 2 months since I am trying to make them do something about it, and the issue is still not resolved. read more
