Well he ended up changing our plan without telling me and added an additional $10 onto the bill for a useless feature. I came back in to get this resolved and they refused to fix it. The manager even refused to talk to me about it. With the rep telling me that I had to call AT&T to voice my complaint. What's the point of an AT&T store if they can't directly manage my phone plan? This is ridiculous I've been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. From this experience I'm going to drop my plan with them and go elsewhere. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING, THEY WILL MESS IT ALL UP.

He was incredibly snarky and rude during this process and she left in tears. My husband was on speakerphone with them during this as well and called me after to say how horrible this person was being. I called to get the name of the person who did this and am waiting on an answer, not sure if I will ever get one but I also have a name of a lead that I am going to file this with as well. No matter what the issue a representative for a company should never cause a customer to leave crying. It is showing for some reason that I am in California, but I am in Wisconsin. Just found out the salesperson that dealt with my daughter was named Landon, who coincidentally was the one who told me they would find out the name of the associate who did this to my daughter. On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.
