If I could give this place a zero I would. My daughter came in to port her phone to a new service as the service we have gotten from Verizon itself has been horrible. We have repeatedly been overcharged on our account as well. So, my daughter comes in and the person that "assisted" her tells her something completely false about what is needed to change service. He was incredibly snarky and rude during this process and she left in tears. My husband was on speakerphone with them during this as well and called me after to say how horrible this person was being. I called to get the name of the person who did this and am waiting on an answer, not sure if I will ever get one but I also have a name of a lead that I am going to file this with as well. No matter what the issue a representative for a company should never cause a customer to leave crying. It is showing for some reason that I am in California, but I am in Wisconsin. Just found out the salesperson that dealt with my daughter was named Landon, who coincidentally was the one who told me they would find out the name of the associate who did this to my daughter. I had to call back today as I never received a call back. read more

Started having problems with my IPad's cellular access while visiting relatives in WI. Went to the Grafton Verizon Wireless's store to look into the situation. Charlie P. investigated the iPad's settings and when the solution wasn't obvious, he reached out to Verizon corporate and together they resolved the situation. Additionally, Charlie switched my son's phone number to his "new to him" IPhone. Successful trip! read more

Sales people will promise you anything to make a sale and then corporate will decline. Typical bait and switch sale techniques --------- You want me to call customer service? I spent 45 minutes with them yesterday to no avail. My review stands - either your sales people are ignorant or just trying to get their commissions. Because I was very clear what I was looking for from a pricing perspective and they sold me a plan guaranteeing it was qualified for the discounts we discussed only to have corporate disqualify because I didn't have the right plan. I walked in feeling frustrated & confused. I was greeted at the door by Rachel G who immediately put me at ease. My phone is nearly five years old & no longer rings. As of today. I didn't intend to buy a new phone and I never felt pressured to do so. She patiently answered all my questions and even anticipated a few that I hadn't even considered asking, She was extremely knowledgeable & a lot of fun. Went in last week, waited 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence, so we left. Went in, again, this week (someone was storming out the door, swearing and yelling he would never go there, again). This time we were greeted and told it would be about 15 minutes, so we waited. It took 30 minutes. By the time someone could help us, we were with him another 45+ minutes and had to walk out without any order to show for it. First, he took my contact information and then asked me to sign. He never asked what type of phone I wanted or what type of contract we wanted. We started over, with the contact information. He proceeded to tell me the only iphone 8 I could get would be certified, pre-owned, which isn't true, and that I was required to pay for insurance for the first year, also not true. He walked away, came back and told me he could waive the insurance requirement, and then walked away, again, and came back and told me I could get the new iphone 8. We then started from the beginning, again, with the contact information. As he proceeded the order screen started to freeze and he couldn't complete the order.
