I explained that I'm under my father's plan still, and staff helped me without my dad! I was pleased with the amount of knowledge that Jay had and his memory of what the iPhone looks like when trying to transfer things over. to explain better, my front screen was shattered, only half of the screen you could see, and Jay was able to transfer everything over to a brand new phone without being able to see the full screen. I hope that if anyone comes into this store stressed and out of hope, they have the pleasure of working with Jay. I'm very happy with the results of what was a very stressful situation.

I'm taking away a star after what happened over the weekend. I stopped in to upgrade and was told…read morethe phone was in stock and proceeded with trying to process the account upgrade. Unfortunately I didn't have my card on me that is tied to account payment, but I was told that I could go home, enter the card info and complete the purchase in app. So, that is exactly what I did. I received confirmation and drove all the way back to the store. When I arrived, I let someone know I was picking up a phone that I purchased through the app and... nothing. No phone. Even when I was told that it would be held. Apparently another employee canceled my order a few minutes after I left home to pick it up because another customer wanted to buy it. Now that's some real BS right there. Because even though it was confirmed sold, and noted for in-store pickup, it was sold out from under me. The only option I was left with was to order through the app and hope the phone arrived in time to transfer data and drop off back at the store before my upcoming vacation. Luckily I only had to wait a week, and had a couple days leeway to do the transfer and drop off. But the entire experience was just disappointing.
