The guy seemed pretty knowledgeable with my current account and looked at all the current promotions, bundles, plans and incentives that I was eligible for. To my amazement I could get 5g home internet and my unlimited phone plan with hot spot for like $10 more than my current cell phone bill for a 36 month contract, that's a no brainer since I have had them for many years and I see no need to switch carriers. Free equipment is also part of the 36 month contract with an offset of 36 equal credits to cover the hardware. After 45 days I get a $200 virtual gift card that last for 90 days but my plans are buying a $ 200 Amazon gift card that doesn't expire so I don't loose it. I said let me think about it and I left thinking about it.

The employees were very friendly and helpful but they either don't use the product as full blown internet with no experience using the product or don't know . As a person who regularly uploads 4K HDR videos that upload at a rate at .81 mbps would probably take a week or more to upload, this is not real internet but a weak hot spot. I'm taking away a star after what happened over the weekend. I stopped in to upgrade and was told…read morethe phone was in stock and proceeded with trying to process the account upgrade. Unfortunately I didn't have my card on me that is tied to account payment, but I was told that I could go home, enter the card info and complete the purchase in app. So, that is exactly what I did. I received confirmation and drove all the way back to the store. When I arrived, I let someone know I was picking up a phone that I purchased through the app and... nothing. No phone. Even when I was told that it would be held. Apparently another employee canceled my order a few minutes after I left home to pick it up because another customer wanted to buy it. Now that's some real BS right there. Because even though it was confirmed sold, and noted for in-store pickup, it was sold out from under me. The only option I was left with was to order through the app and hope the phone arrived in time to transfer data and drop off back at the store before my upcoming vacation. Luckily I only had to wait a week, and had a couple days leeway to do the transfer and drop off. But the entire experience was just disappointing.
