It states on their websit that if the patron cancels it is a $20 fee to reschedule. I absolutely had to take the class that day or forgo a job offer. I also had a death in the family and could not take the class on the first daye offered after the cancelation. Did they give a refund? No. Did they give at least a $20 refund. They charged him $43 for "diagnostic" to say the screen needs to be replaced and it took several hours to "diagnose"... what... When he came back they told him it would be $100 to repair the screen and he said he'll wait to do it since we were leaving to go out of town! Came back a couple of weeks later to fix the screen and was told that since we didn't do it right away the price is now $150 but if we do the screen and battery they'll discount for $260! A brand new iPad is currently on sale for $279.99 at Best Buy. Anyway, we took the iPad to the Apple Store, free diagnostic, and a screen replacement is $130. My husband said, "this is why some local businesses fail for their greed" and wow I couldn't agree more. Go somewhere else! Don't pay for a diagnostic here. The diagnostic is free at the Apple Store and Best Buy! Avoid the rudeness, disregard, and greed from this business! Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see that their service is not quality service. I told my husband we dodged a bullet because of all of the complaints on Yelp that after the screen replacement people have issues with the new screen or start button. I'm not sure how they're still in business because they're overcharging for a bad job and not taking accountability for their low quality service when people complain.
