I provided my card's policy and my personal insurance as proof that I will be covered liability-wise but she was at the point of not allowing me to rent the vehicle. So weird. And she never gave me a rental agreement copy. But dropping off was great. The shuttle drivers expecting tips or they give you attitude is a bit weird.
