We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. As I came in I was very pleased to see that the store was really spacious and the staff was super polite. They took care of me right away and even gave me a nice discount as a courtesy. I will definetly make sure to come back to this store if I even need anything for my car in the future. My past experience with the larger auto part stores were very impersonal and the staff was usually not very helpful do it was a breath of fresh air to have such a great experience in a auto parts store as I had here. They have a good selection of auto parts , accessories and a bunch of other stuff for your wheels . It's important to have the correct year , make and model of car and most important is the production month as well including serial numbers if available as some car parts vary by months on certain brands . I had gone to Autozone prior for a new battery and Papo's gave me one with a longer battery warranty for a lower price.
