I only received two calls, during which the representative informed me that one of the owners would contact me shortly. However, I have waited all day without any call. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this situation. If I do not receive a response from the owners or a resolution, I will consider taking legal action regarding the defective car I purchased. I am tired of attempting to be accommodating and work with the company. I have documented evidence that the information provided during the financing process was inaccurate. I have only requested that the engine be repaired, which the company has refused to do. I am exhausted and very tired. If I do not receive any contact from the owners, as this is their business, I will file a lawsuit in court and have them served there. I am at my breaking point.
