If I could give this place 0 stars I would…read more I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for a simple software update that was issued through a recall notice. Get there at 8 am on a Wednesday. Stand there for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledges us. Then give us a hard time that they "can't find find the appointment" and have to show multiple forms of proof that we made an appointment. They tell us they're so backed up it might take a few days. Fine, but couldn't give any ETA or provide a loaner. Flash forward to Friday. No call, no email, no text, no update at all. I try calling and reception directs my call to someone's voicemail. I leave a voicemail. No call back. I try calling back later and explain I need my car and at this point I will take it somewhere else, who do i need to talk to. Give me the same guy's name, and takes my info and says she'll give it to him and he'll call me back. Still doesn't call. So now I have to either Uber or walk to this place to actually talk to someone because they obviously don't care at all about customer service. If you read any of these other reviews, it seems like that's pretty consistent for them. If you need to service your car, I would take it anywhere but here. And if you buy a car from, them don't expect them to do anything for you once you drive off the lot.

Since Parkway didn't manufacture the vehicle would be unfair to take that in consideration. My family has been purchasing vehicles here for about 10 years now and have established a great relationship with the sales manager and the sales agents, which is important to find somebody you trust during this process. For us it's Brian and Pat. They have been helpful, provided great advice on options and always work hard to find the best deal.

But they could make an appt for a diagnostic test to see what it needed for $212, then give me an estimate for the fix! I told him I would buy another radio and stop buying Ford altogether! I ended up being handed an invoice with " if you want the road noise to stop get new tires" . Well I did and the place I bought tires from asked where it was aligned. Told them the dealer. They were shocked that the alignment was so far off!!! Second issue, the AWD actuator was acting up. The service writers dismissed my concern, again. I had to go ride around to point out the issue!!!! Now it's a waiting game as they switch out parts........ are you serious!?!? Very unprofessional business.
