They're stealing packages and gift cards. Every employee there needs to be fired and replaced with honest people or shut that place down. There needs to be a sting or investigation of what's going on there. I know I'm not the only one they've stolen from and when you call them to tell them what happened nothing ever gets resolved. So far we've lost 3 gifts cards totaling $500, 2 pairs of little girls Ugg boots a LV women's jogging suit. This is unacceptable and an investigation needs to happen and some people need to go to jail for theft and be made to make restitution. I'm not going to let this go this time. In the past 30 days, I have had two mailings be disposed by the USPS. The only thing these two packages have in common is that I dropped them off here. One got delayed because the postage payment was not correct. I guess that means that when it got to the fulfillment center, they determined the postage was not correct for the weight. Instead, they either aggressively shove the package into your mailbox damaging other mail items, or decide to leave a "delivery attempted" slip in the mailbox and go on about their day. I am home all day, no delivery attempted. No such thing. Dishonest and passive aggressive delivery persons. Outside the base it's the same thing. This lackluster "the world owes me and I don't have to put in an effort to be a proper citizen" kind of attitude is rampant in this area. I recommend using FedEx for your deliveries because the local UPS here also doesn't respect you or your belongings. Constantly getting boxes that are damaged, squashed, or torn apart.
