My package tracking

Very poor customer service my package has been stuck here since may 29th and have received no updates since, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a year to deliver it.

Proof that claims my package left this facility but in actuality it didn't because USPS never got it.

My package has been pending acceptance for over a week. I've never experienced this kind of delay to simply accept a package.

Horrible service. Mailman constantly delivers mail to wrong address, fails to pickup outgoing mail, and is late every day.

I am a seller. This post office doesn't do the work and becomes a black hole in the shipping process. Fix your post office.

What is going on this place? My package still stuck over there transit to next destination for 3 days

three days heck I have been waiting for over 60 days ...

What is going on at this facility? Two packages have been stuck there since June 7th. They told me things are running 3-4 weeks behind but it has been over 4 weeks since they both shipped and there are no updates.

This has been going on for many years at this facility. Whenever I order a package and it's been much longer than usual to get here, I track it and yup, it's always Elk Grove, IL that's it's held up. Why so many packages, from NY, ME, OH, etc go… Read more

Has anyone else noticed a lot of mail getting lost recently from this location?

Suddenly my customers packages are getting stuck at this location. Each day is states it's in transit, but it's not moving anywhere. This looks bad on me. This is over the last month..on the same long term customer. She is not pleased at all. I will… Read more

Avoid this location at all costs…read more I brought in multiple packages containing electronics worth $1,500-$2,500, totaling around 57 lbs. The owner, James Hibbs, treated both me and my property with complete disrespect from the moment I walked in--no greeting, just commands and a hostile, condescending tone. While I was making multiple trips with heavy boxes, he stood there and watched without offering even basic help. When I placed two packages on the front desk scale, he snapped, pointed to another scale right in front of him, and said, "That's the wrong scale. I told you to put them on this one." Moments later, instead of placing them on the scale he had just insisted on, he took both packages--together weighing roughly 25-30 lbs--and dropped them from waist height onto the floor, stacked on top of each other. The impact caused a loud thump due to the weight. Not the scale--the floor. When I called him out, he falsely claimed he was handling them the same way I did and said he "didn't care." Another customer nearby witnessed this interaction and even commented that this kind of behavior at this location is "normal." At that point, I told him I no longer trusted him with my packages and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. After bringing some items back to my car, I returned to the store to retrieve the remaining packages. That's when I noticed that one of the boxes had been tampered with--the tape on the bottom had been cut open. I had personally double-taped all of my packages before arriving, and that damage was not present beforehand. Fortunately, I had been carrying the boxes horizontally--otherwise the contents could have fallen out. When I told him this should be on camera, he claimed there are no cameras in the store. I asked the nearby customer if they had witnessed the earlier interaction, and they confirmed they had. The entire situation was unacceptable and humiliating. I ended up going to another UPS location, where a manager told me they were not surprised and had heard numerous complaints about this store. This incident has been reported to the Mount Prospect Police Department. If you believe your items have been tampered with at this location, report it immediately. Between my experience and the consistent pattern of similar reviews, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident--it's how this place operates. If you value your property or basic respect, go somewhere else.

I ordered something from Amazon for same-day delivery. I waited at home all day long for the…read morepackage and even avoided going to the bathroom for fear of missing the delivery. You see, I had read the poor reviews about the other Dynamex location in Wood Dale. If you don't pounce on these couriers like a jack-in-the-box, you might not get the delivery. I made certain to be on my best protocol that would be sure to please even the Soup Nazi himself. There was no way this package could escape my grasp. I decided to track my package at around 6:15pm (for reassurance) and...it said it was delivered. What?? "Received by: Apartment Office". How? It's on the other side of my apartment complex with a totally different address! Obviously this is common with Dynamex, based on other reviews. I did everything I could to prevent this. Even if I had set up a traffic stop out on the street, it would have been useless since the driver never came to my building. All I can do now is tell Amazon about it and plead with them to stop using this company. I would have given them one star but hey, at least the package wasn't put in the dumpster nine blocks away. I guess.

I have had the same experience lots of other people have. My amazon delivery instructions clearly…read morestate "ring all buzzers in the building" and they do not do that, even though everyone in my building accepts packages when someone isn't home. Instead of doing that, they didn't ring the buzzers, didn't deliver the package, and marked it as delivered with amazon. Done with amazon prime and dynamex after this.

Though the college's relationship with Mid-American extends further back than this, in the four years that I've been regularly working with them, there have been no significant problems and many great successes. They always make sure that we're not paying more than we have to--even if it means telling us that some job we've offered them would be cheaper at Kinko's. They've gone to bat for us when we've had issues with postal permits and delivery issues. They routinely think of slightly different ways of doing thing than the ones we initially envisioned that make our lives easier, our publications better, and our bills less expensive. Our contact there, Bruce, is so integral a part of how we get our work done that he may as well be another employee of the college, half the time. At my company, we aren't big enough to have an in-house print shop--and we're small enough to highly value knowing who we're working with so that person can be a colleague, rather than a salesman, to us. If you're concerned about environmental impact, Mid-American uses soy-based inks and can use Forest Stewartship Council-approved paper--and can get your publications FSC-certified. Print FSC and Soy Ink logos on your publications, and you can make a statement to to your Green customers. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They were quick with both the proofs and the prints. They were very nice, flexible, and accommodating. I'm not a professional designer - I only do it on the side - so I sincerely appreciated that they were willing to run some quick proofs for us as I found a way to get the resolution up to where I wanted it. The issue was on my end with the file I had created, so it was nice to be able to adjust things to get what we wanted. Hoping to use them in the future. Thanks for the help!
