I had to mail a package and weekday hours don't really work for me with my job. Fortunately there were two cashiers working efficiently, and the line didn't take long at all. The lady who helped me was super fast and even thanked me for my patience. It was a positive trip to the post office, which we all know is not always the case! Problem is either poor training and/or manager never fixes the problem when I complain! I was the only person in the store besides her, and I stood at the counter without being acknowledged while she repeatedly walked in and out of the room, moving boxes around. Literally did not look at me or speak. Not even, "I'll be right with you," after she walked AWAY from the counter when I approached. When she finally came to the counter, I told her I was emailing a shipping label to the store. She looked in the computer and almost immediately said, "it should have been here by now." (Implying that I hadn't sent it correctly?) I showed her in my phone that the email was sent to the store's email address. She went back into the computer and found it, told me the price to print it and said "cash or card?" I swiped my card, which didn't work, so she rolled her eyes at me. I stuck the card into the card reader, it was approved, and she practically threw the receipt at me. Everything she said to me was in an accusatory tone, as if I didn't know what I was doing. I also showed her a QR code for an Amazon return and she told me I wasn't holding my phone right. Then she grabbed my phone out of my hand to enlarge the code. I could've done that but she didn't ask me to. Overall, just very huffy and inpatient and seemed bothered to even have to speak to me (or maybe to customers in general). Again- Julia, I'm sorry if you had a bad day, but being rude to customers (who may have also had a bad day and are still being kind!) won't help your situation.

My wife mails regularly at this store and the packages go out very quickly. My daughter has a mailbox in this store and has been using UPS for several years, very happily. The people who work in this store are friendly and effective. They know what they are doing and the mail we send there gets delivered quicker than from the USPS.

I tried shipping something and the guy quotes me $120 for the label and $50 for the box. He told the guy before me the same thing! My guess is he's just deliberately quoting with the highest rates so people don't buy it and he doesn't have to work. Smh. All the times that I've came here, I would just check it in and get the shipping confirmation sheet. I tend to go during the afternoon, I don't know what it is, but it's not that crowded during the afternoon at this location. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful and I've always had a pretty good experience for all the times that I've came here. He was too busy to speak with me or give me information on my printing needs. He seemed impolite and not caring for small projects. The person refused to answer clarifying questions over the phone. Being rude that he has 22 big projects going on and not willing to give me the service. I am thankful that he picked the phone to speak but if you are understaffed and cutting corner to save money, I am not sure about the professionalism if there is any issue with the job.
