Sometimes I'm told to use my physical address, sometimes my PO box. I've been using my physical address successfully for 2 years. The post office translates it into my PO box address and delivers it. Now they refuse to do that and many of my Christmas items are being returned and I have no idea where they are. They seem to do whatever is convenient for them, not the customer. They have ruined my Christmas for my family.
