Nov 27, 2024 I called the front desk wondering for some information over acquiring a passport. FIRST OFF: I couldn't hear home girl on the other line. SECONDLY: she had that attitude. I just wanted to know if I needed an appointment to get the passport. Be more nice hoe, people just have some questions. Although there was nobody in lije but myself , he automatically said is was alot of items and that I needed to fill out a paper with my items to scan. I ship often with USPS for my small business, so I really get to experience different offices and what they have to offer.. and this one is fine. I don't understand the negative reviews, they literally offer everything they are suppose to. It seems like the funding for this branch isn't as plentiful as others when comparing infrastructure.. but that's not their fault. The people at this location have been serving me since 2012 and it's nice seeing their friendly faces when I'm in town. read more

Dropped off a Priority Mail package in the night drop box on a Saturday evening not long ago. Fast forward 5DAYS, Thursday afternoon my customer messaged me that "made a label but never dropped it off?" Sure enough, I track the package and it shows no activity other than the label created. Start a lost mail claim (insured for full value) and shortly after 11pm that night it starts moving! WTH. Two day priority mail package sat idle for 5 days. And what the others saying about the employees is all true. The Indian guy really ought to look into some other line of work, very un-happy fellow. read more

I'd give negative stars if I could. We've had a PO Box here for the last six months and there have been 15 different times that mail marked as delivered wasn't in the PO Box. They just scan it when it comes in and don't bother to put it in the box for a couple of days. Don't bother going to the parcel retrieval window to retrieve packages that won't fit in your box. They have never once answered the buzzer, they just ignore it and force you to go wait in line in the lobby. Even when you go in, they act like they magically remember every piece of mail that comes in and won't even go check the back for boxes that have been scanned as delivered. Management doesn't care about anything, zero changes have taken place after so many complaints. Don't trust this office with anything. I'm happy to pay twice as much for a UPS box across town just to be done with this pathetic excuse of a postal service. read more

Doesn't matter what day of the week, the wait is horrific. Employees are never concerned about expeditious service. As a customer I feel that they think "Hey we're already at work". I have spent the greater parts of half an hour waiting in line sometimes. read more

Very rude and not educated worker, the guy from India!! I had a short question, the guy literally kicked me out because they were closed.

I mailed 1000 flyers and only half were delivered to the customers and they don't know where the other half went. ALSO I mailed a bday card to my Dad and he never got it. Gift cards were stolen!! I have been coming to this post office for years, but thats only because it is the closest one to my office. Ive never really had any major issue here, but my review is mostly on the employees here. There are two main guys that have been working here for years, and they always look pissed off. They dont greet anyone, they dont crack a smile, and they look like they are forced to be there. One wouldnt even give me a little piece of tape I needed. Its hard to understand how these guys are in a customer service job when they clearly have no idea how to interact with customers. This place is fine for basic post office needs, but if you ever need any extra help from the employees, dont expect much help. At least not without getting an angry look. read more
