I do not drive and so being told they don't have the ability to print / scan a USPS label that was emailed to me and that I'd have to commute to a different place to print ultimately turned me off. How they couldn't provide the return date and tracking number is beyond me. How they haven't come under investigation for negligence is beyond me. Many reviews read similar as mine. I can only assume they are discarded by unhappy carriers. The "helper" at the "Dutch Door" just says I am sorry, but I have no idea where your mail is. I have been to the station over a dozen times but the service remains inferior or nonexistent. BTW: one star is too many.
