Wasn't too sure what to do so I went into their services and the line went by super quick, I was greeted amazingly by a very nice lady couldn't get her name but that is besides the point, she explained very good how to ship next time I come in and it was done. Service has gone down since Covid. I understand there could be staffing issues as a result, but there is no excuse for losing mail, dropping packages that are marked fragile at my front door EVERY TIME, receiving first class mail late regularly after the bill's due date, missed delivered mail and poor customer service. To the "supervisor" named Ty, when customers call in, stop listening so hard to their side conversation and assume you are the topic and actually try to find a solution to the issue they are having. The fact that you rudely responded to my side conversation when you were supposedly checking on what's going on with my mail is a prime example of poor customer service. By the way, merely asking the carrier if he's delivering my mail was laughable. Did you really think he would say no?.. I see now what the issue is at this station. There's also issues with mail that's dropped off at this post office not being delivered. read more

Came in Monday afternoon (12noon-1pm) to buy stamps, two attendants at the counter, no line, and efficient, friendly, and informative service! Why I took away a star, the automated machine was out of stamps, which I'm sure will be a problem for people who come after-hours. Luckily, the machine warns you of its deficiency, so you don't accidentally charge your card. There was construction happening at the time, so depending on what direction you came from, be prepared for a detour. If you usually make a left turn to get in, consider re-routing so that you can turn right into the lot. read more

I just went there and the lady at the counter was so rude to us made me open my envelope because she need it to see what's on and was been so rude to us even raise her voice at me because I didn't understand what she was telling me to do about opening my envelope she even treated me! Robin is the best postal worker...EVER! The line at the USPS in the heart of Pearland is the shortest I have ever seen...anywhere. However, that doesn't always mean you won't have to spend a good amount of time in the store. The fact remains that there are less and less postal workers who care about their customers...but that doesn't hold true at this store. Every person I have ever had the pleasure of working with at this USPS is friendly and courteous. Robin is by far my favorite, but you'll be treated to great customer service form just about anyone there. read more

They're pretty ok here compared to other post offices. I'm giving 3 stars because I was asking for a free boxes available for post marked labels and they were hiding them behind the counter. When I asked for one the lady seemed very upset. She gave me attitude and told me you know you can use you're own box. First off if I had my own box I wouldn't have asked for one and second it's not like she's paying for them out of her pay check so what difference does it make to her. I didn't have time for her attitude so I just grabbed my boxes and left. read more

Absolutely the worst. I *LOATHE* this post office with my entire soul. I can't tell you how many times they've delivered my mail to the same # address TWO STREETS OVER! Hey. News flash! Reading is a fundamental skill for a postal carrier!!!! The worst part of it is THEY DONT CARE. At all. And NO ONE will ever be held accountable for their complete failure as a business. I am please with this post office. They are nice and knowledgeable staffs. I have sent several priorities mails and yet to have any problems. I also have a mail box with them and the process of having this was so easy and fast. I would give them a 5 stars but I don't ever give anyone 5 stars cause to me 4 stars is my 5 stars. We ship packages all across greater Houston and intentionally drive to this location to ship our packages. Love their extended hours, and MOST of their employees are helpful and friendly! There's a bad apple for sure, the most rude woman I've ever met in my life (if you met her you know exactly who I'm referring to - minus one star for that horrid woman) but the other workers are great. I've never waited more than 5 minutes and all of my packages have arrived without issue. We do our labels online and just go in to get them scanned and grab our receipt. Seriously the worst postal service ever! My mail is rarely delivered to my mail box. Myself and my neighbors usually end up having to deliver each other's Mail! One neighbor delivered a rather tiny package to me that was lying in the street in a purple of water! she dried it out and then brought to me! The the delivery people don't give a crap about what they are doing. I think when they interview people for these delivery jobs a few of the requirements must be lack of caring about ones job and lack of basic reading skills. This is ridiculous! read more

Ok in today's tough economic times I thought I would try to save a little money.I found and old small priority mail cardboard box to mail a 9oz item to a friend.I taped it up very good and wrote my delivery information in the front so I wouldn't have to buy a label.I got to the front desk and asked for standard delivery.I was told because it was in a priority box "IT HAS TO BE SHIPPED PRIORITY" I let them know it was an old used box from home and was told it doesn't matter. If I wanted something cheaper buy a box.I turned around and the line was so long I paid the$5.80.I was so frustrated! She could have told be to block out the label that says "PRIORITY" on it with white out or a black marker.Her enthusiasm to be helpful was clearly not there.It was like hurry up and get out! I was so Pissed! I will never send packages out here again! I will gladly go to UPS! ( so just some advice for anyone that's reading this use an old shoebox or manilla envelope ( plain plain plain) or make sure you block out anywhere on the box at home that says a specific type of delivery label printed on the box! They won't tell you this but I will!!!! Then they wonder why customer service nowadays is horrible and they are losing buisnesses!!! Thank god for the internet!!!!(JUST SAYIN') read more
