WELL guess what, I can't file a claim because, UPS doesn't show that the items were ever in their possession. There was over $700 worth of items in that package that evaporated into thin air. USPS is refusing to take ownership of their mistake yet I have proof of them taking the package. If they would have executed some attention to detail, I would not be in this situation. Soldiers, spouses, and generally people, avoid this place if you can. Pay a little extra for a private company to handle your mail and such, because the office will hire anyone off the street, and it shows.

I called McGregor about mailing post cards at the train stop. After some time of talking Kate was adventurous to drive to the Amtrak platform to pick up the postcards and mail them for me. I was very excited and pleased with the above and beyond service provided by Kate. I love this place. Kate did a tremendous service for the USPS in McGregor Texas, we need more like her.
