Very nice to work with. Their showroom is of course amazing, as it's filled with a fine collection of classic cars.

As expected, they were way lower than what our asking price was so we decided to sell it ourselves. If you've been in the same situation you know that doing a "for sale by owner" for a vehicle can be challenging. You will get calls from random people wanting to take it for a test drive and you never know if it's a scam or if they are serious buyers. We found Northwest Auto Buyers online, of course we were very careful and skeptical. We were worried of getting screwed so we checked their site and reviews. After doing our research we gave them a call. They checked the truck and surprisingly, the guy offered us just $500 less than what we were asking, the offer was not a low ball at all. Honestly we thought it was a scam because they were offering us more than any other dealers, but no. The transaction was flawless. They offered us, we accepted it and we went to the bank and we did the paperwork. Overall it was a good experience. It's one of those things that it seemed too good to be true so it felt questionable but worked out great for us in the end.

I brought my Subaru Forester to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown for their Beat the Heat A/C special…read morebecause my air conditioning was working intermittently. They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

Well, let me save you the stress and worry, this is not one of those types of dealerships! Starting my experience with sales, Ethan Haycock, who from start to finish was on my side and totally transparent throughout the entire process! He fought to get me the best interest rate and worked with an amazing woman by the name of Brittany Given, and the man....Chris Fairclough the salesmanager, who also swung for the fences to get me the best APR! From there, I went to work with Steve Martinez, the finance director, who continued the experience of transparency and willingness to build my own custom coverage that fit my needs! After that, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Johana Cano, who helped me get familiar with all of the and outs on the Subaru touch screen platform and all the benefits of the vehicle. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough in explaining everything you need to know about your new vehicle! Finally, Carlos Andrade, and his service team...Issac, Bri, Ivan, Alex, Jerry, Brittany, Ethan, and Rachel are not only super helpful and personable...but they GENUINELY want your experience to be the absolute best! At the end of the day being in sales, I understand that margin is a part of sales....and I want them to make their portion, even though they don't make commission! The difference is with this dealership actually shows you that they are in your corner, every step of the wave of the process!

Eddy was trying to sell us a 2014 Subaru Outback with 14,000 miles on it at what seemed to be a good deal for a non-salvage title car. He explained the damage that had been done to the car and let us take it for a test drive. After running a Carfax vehicle report the title actually was salvaged and the car deemed a total loss in Colorado by an insurance company. He buys his cars salvaged and fixes them up and sells them and was very rude to work with. The more I look back I am glad I didnt do business with Eddy because he was lying to me the entire time which would've affected the value of the car. I don't recommend any business with him and would not recommend him to my enemies.

Although the price was listed at 8250, the out the door price had fees tacked on that other places simply dont have. The salesman was just difficult to work with after we started asking if they were firm on the price and many times would say something along the lines of, I'm just not going to explain this to you.. Overall he was pretty rude and when the other man there with him chimed in he told us to make a decision because an appointment from St George was coming "probably with money". Which at that point I felt like even with a competitive deal for a car I would rather not do business with them. Yeah everyone needs to make their cut off of a deal but even with a killer deal I would avoid Aleco.

This was my second experience at a dealership (the first being Larry H Miller Used Cars - which was…read morea horrible experience), fourth time car buying, first time taking out a loan and investing more than $3000 in a car. I found one within my budget, drove it, and loved it - 2009 Ford Focus with 56,000 miles. It had a salvage title, which I did not know about until I was in the process of purchasing it. The Car Fax showed that the airbags had gone off, leading to the salvage title. I was reassured that everything had been repaired to factory standard (by a third party). The day after purchase I took it through the car wash and found that it had a small leak by the door. I took it to Chris' Auto Body in Murray to have them replace the rubber trim by the door. As they undid the trim (in front of me), we found that the car frame was partially collapsed and had not been correctly repaired. This car had been in a serious accident, much more than the airbags going off. With the passenger door shut, there was a one inch gap. It should have been sealed completely. If I had been hit while in that vehicle, the car would crumble in a way that would have caused death. This was really upsetting to me because I take care of my grandma and she is often with while I drive. Upon further inspection we also found that the airbags were still defective. It should have not passed safety (Beehive Auto does their own safety and emissions). I do not trust the mechanics that work at Beehive Auto. The third party that repaired this car did poorly and did not care about the safety of the next owner. **Before buying a car please take it to a second mechanic and auto body shop for an opinion. Many places will inspect a potential car for free.** I made the mistake of not doing this until afterwards. I immediately took the car back to Beehive and explained what we had found. (I had the car two days). They didn't seem too concerned about the frame damage, commenting that the body shop was only looking to make money. However, they happily offered to switch it for another vehicle. I found one that I loved even more, but it was also $2,000 more expensive - 2011 Ford Fiesta with 44,000 miles and a clean title. I took it to the mechanic and auto body shop. It was 1000000% better than the last one. I will never buy a salvaged car again and I highly recommend no one else does either. Keep in mind that along with the price of the car you will have to pay for the following: Sales Tax (mine was $636.98) Dealer Doc Fee ($399), License and Registration ($72.75), Inspection Fee ($45), Filing Fee ($12), Uniform Fee ($110), and possibly other fees. I did not get the warranty that was offered - but it would have been over $700. The tax and the fees added $1300 to the overall price. The people that work here are nice. Julio, the dealer that sold me the bad car and let me switch for the better car, was understanding and always answered his cell when I called - even when he was on lunch. This past week I felt like I was always bugging him, but he never once seemed agitated or annoyed with me. Overall it was one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had, but now that it is all over I am thrilled with my new car. My family also loves it! No matter where you go to buy a car, make sure you always get two or three more opinions from family, friends, and other professionals before signing away. Dealers are not mechanics or auto body experts. Mechanics are not dealers. In the end you are trusting strangers to sell you a car that will work, not break down, or kill you.

I had to borrow the money from my elderly patents. The next month, the clutch went out which was another $1,800 repair bill. Now I have $20,000 invested in a 10-year old car. I'm a widow and can't afford to be screwed over by sleazy used car dealers. I took it to small claims court and sued on the implied warranty principal. Apparently I signed something saying I accepted the car as-is so the judge found in favor of the jerks who screwed me. Don't buy from Beehive Auto. They profited off of selling me a defective auto. They have no sense of fairness or standing behind their product.
