I had to drive the vehicle around for a bit for it to hit the mile marker to go through emissions and also take it for a test drive. It drove really smooth and had lot of potential. Of course, money is also the issue when it comes to fixing vehicles, so I made sure to do my research on any major accidents or to see if the vehicle was maintained throughout its travels, etc... I was told that there was a coolant leak they couldn't find. And I was never offered a warranty from the dealership (like another reviewer states that they do warranties) but I didn't expect a warranty because the vehicle was being sold "AS-IS" I'm pretty sure that's the case for all their vehicles. Paperwork and everything was quick, I was in a rush because of work and they had me out of there fairly quickly. They communicated the issues about the vehicle and recommended that I took it to another shop to get it looked at. I did that as soon as I got off of work. There was only a minor issue with the coolant. Needed a new thermostat and housing, I got it fixed at a fair price. BUT my issue now, is the audio and dvd players. The 6 disc changer doesn't read any music cd's or play any of my music. The iPod and USB plug in doesn't work. The cigarette lighter has issues when I plug in my Bluetooth adapter. It's very sensitive and I have to wiggle it around to get a steady playback. I'll eventually have that looked at as well as tint the windows a little more. The sound system is really nice in there, that's for sure. So it'll be nice to have my own music playing over the staticky radio stations. The wheels and suspension are still in good shape, i also had that looked at because it's an older vehicle and I need to prep for winter. I also had the brakes and rotors replaced just for my sanity. All these things I expect from a used car dealership that sells vehicles as-is with high mileage. I don't expect to walk off the lot with a brand new engine. My recommendation...make sure you have the funds to get things inspected and fixed before you decide to purchase from an as-is dealership. Also make sure to check the car fax and vehicle history. This particular vehicle, I researched with the vin number they had listed on the ad. So do your research first. Their lot has a bunch of luxury cars that you can get at a very cheap price BUT again, make sure you have funds to fix and maintain the vehicle. I'd recommend these guys. Just don't expect to NOT have issues with your purchase. From any used car dealerships.

Super low pressure, lots of great inventory and I LOVED that they let me test drive by myself. We were super happy with the experience and thought their sales team and cars were great. Fast forward to this year. We messaged them about a car since we were helping a friend who needed to purchase a car. I received a phone call from Trevor asking about our interest in the car and I told him we were coming in the next day to look at it, but mentioned to him we were looking at a competitors car as well. He told us that the competitors weren't good and sold lemon cars, which I thought was pretty negative of them. Especially since we've bought several cars from this competitor many times throughout the years and been super happy with them. And whenever we've told the competitor that we were looking at cars from Kentson, they didn't say one bad thing about them. When we went to test drive the cars today Trevor wasn't there but another sales guy helped us. He was helpful but all of the cars we drove were all filthy and smelled bad, or the tires were completely worn down and would have needed to be replaced. We walked back in to the sales floor after driving a car and our salesman wasn't there so we handed the keys to the salesperson there. He looked at us confused and like we were bothering him (even though there was no one else in there) and we wondered what was going on. We told him we were dropping the key off and were going to look at another one but didn't know where the other guy had gone. He didn't say much and it was really uncomfortable. Come to find out, that was Trevor that I had talked to the other day. It wasn't professional at all. Instead of greeting us and asking us what he could do to help us he just stared at us and acted confused. We went back outside and the other salesman was there with another car for us to drive. That one was much better, and my friend was seriously considering it, but after driving it we told them we wanted to check out the other one at Rand's just to see what it was like. They mentioned again how they sell lemon cars (they do sell buy backs with minor issues that have been fixed from Tesla) and that they would never buy cars from them. My husband told them that we'd be talking to the guy we usually buy from over there and we'd be in touch. All of us were really uncomfortable with how they were trying to trash the other car dealership and it left a really bad impression. We drove down to the other dealership and all of the cars there were so much better taken care of. They had replaced tires and detailed all of the cars and it was just a much better experience. We told them that we saw one at Kentson that we liked and he said that they are a great dealership and have good inventory. We all looked at each other and were blown away. It just made Kentson look even worse. My friend ended up buying the car from the competitors and not Kentson. And afterward both of us got calls and texts from Trevor asking us how the test drive was at the competitors. I texted him back that she ended up getting a different car (so that he didn't keep contacting us - talk about high pressure) and he wanted to know which one she bought! It's none of his business which car she purchased, and I knew he was going to look it up and tell me what was wrong with it and why we shouldn't have considered it. It was just super unprofessional and we all said we would never go back there. It's a shame because they used to be really good but they've gone way down hill!!

We bought the car knowing it had a branded title but Trent had said it was rebuilt and restored to code and things looked good on the outside. But it was far from that. We took the car to Kia in layton to get a sensor recalibrated and when they took off the front bumper they immediately called my husband and said they wouldn't work on the car because of how bad it was and advised us to get a lawyer and sue immediately. Here is a list of some of the problems we had with this car Self tapping screws holding things together including the radiator, a screw in the sunroof shade, bad battery, bent crash bar, bent frame, broken radiator, missing skid plate, the bumper was plastic welded together, forward collision sensor was broken and the hood latch broke. We contacted trent to see if he would make things right and he agreed to take it into a shop to get it fixed well the body shop had the car for almost 3 months and Trent was absolutely terrible at communicating and wouldn't answer our messages or got shitty with us when we asked for parts lists and things that were getting fixed. Well we Got the car back and found out he only got the radiator fixed, new crash bar and supposedly fixed the frame. And has now ghosted us. For them to have my car for almost 3 month I thought it would have been all fixed but we still have to put so much money into it. Long story short please for the love of god don't buy from this dealership especially if it's from Trent and me and my husband have learned to never buy a branded title again.

So they made a mistake and then told me to just go ahead and break the law. Then, when I went to get a second temporary registration, another staff member acted as if they had made amends for not getting my permanent registration in time because they were providing a second temporary registration. Never mind that I drove four hours round trip to get this second temporary registration. I tried to address the problem of Incredible Auto Sales not getting me a permanent registration, but they didn't answer and didn't return multiple calls. I would say that the review isn't a one star because the car was at a good price, but the CD player went out just a few weeks into owning it and the air conditioner is rather bad, as it has been since I've owned the vehicle. So the only reason this isn't a one-star review is because they at least provided screws and a screwdriver to put my license plates on, once I finally did get the permanent registration.

I had simple questions about the VTR fee, registration charges, and emissions charges being added to my paperwork. Instead of calmly explaining what I was paying for and why, Misty came across as extremely rude, aggressive, dismissive, and hostile whenever I questioned the charges. I felt like I was being pressured to accept the paperwork rather than being given a transparent explanation. After researching the transaction, these are the Utah laws that raised concerns about what I was being told: Utah Code §41-3-211 -- Unlawful Acts or Practices: Restricts a dealer from requiring an amount above the negotiated purchase price or additional fees as a condition of sale except for specifically permitted charges. This was my primary concern regarding the VTR charge. Utah Code §41-3-401.6 -- Transaction Disclosure: Distinguishes legally required taxes and fees from other optional charges negotiated between the dealer and purchaser. This raised further questions about how the VTR charge was presented to me. Utah Code §41-3-301 -- Dealer Sale & Registration: Utah law specifically addresses transactions where a dealer temporary permit is not issued, which raised concerns about being told that dealer-handled registration was required. Utah Code §41-3-302 -- Temporary Permits: Explains the dealer's responsibilities when it chooses to issue the normal dealer temporary permit, as opposed to the process where one is not issued. Utah Code §41-3-303 -- Emissions Requirements: Contains exceptions related to purchasers who reside in counties that do not require emissions inspections. I am a Summit County resident, which is why I questioned being charged for Davis County emissions requirements

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

When I took it to a Toyota dealership, I was informed the vehicle had previously been in a front-end accident--something that was never disclosed. I was also told the A/C system requires significant repairs, including replacement of major components. When I contacted the sales agent, Alan, I was told I "didn't ask for the Carfax" and was offered to split the repair cost. That response was unacceptable, especially given how the vehicle was represented.
