I will add after reading the recent YELP reviews about this company, I share in their reviews in…read morethat the balloon ride was very very short. Wil attributed the short ride to "changes in the wind" and that it wasn't safe to continue. We parked in the walmart parking lot and drove to the airport as well- but we didn't land in the walmart parking lot, we landed back at the airport after doing a quick cruise over some houses and the airport field, We too we're asked to assist with the set up and break down of the balloon. I actually thought that part was fun as we had never been on a hot air balloon ride and it was like an immersive field trip. However, now that I read these other yelp reviews, the balloon ride was very very short and did not cover any real area or take us to see anything cool, Again, we had never been on a hot air balloon ride, so didn't really have anything to judge our experience on- but in retrospect, I probably would check out a different company as there were other balloons in the sky that day that were up really high in the sky and seemed to have a longer "air time". We even commented and pointed at the other balloons way up in the sky as we floated just above residential roof tops.

I thought he was very disorganized and unprepared for this days events (to much to explain). We took off from the Heber Valley Airport second balloon in the air from all the other companies giving tours. We started off great but our HOT AIR BALLOON ride and experience got DEFLATED by his decisions and for reasons only known by him. We floated across the airport, over route 189, into Walmart parking lot. He screamed from the balloon for help to a couple parked in Walmart parking lot taking photos of us to assist with the landing. After landing and getting out of the balloon some of us assisting to get the balloon and basket to the location he wanted for loading purposes. I was able to walked back to my vehicle parked in the Walmart parking lot , which was the morning meeting spot . The owner Will and pilot that day didn't even seemed phased by the experience he gave to his 7 paying customers that day. I payed over $300.00 dollars for this disappointment. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Google the distance from Heber Valley Airport to Walmart Heber and you'll be shocked at the experience we received. I also attached a map for your viewing purposes before you decide to experience what all 7 of us did. All I know, I was in awe by all the other Hot Air Balloon Companies Voyages and customer experiences for that day. Date of deflated experience Saturday August 27th 2022.
