Yesterday I had the most incredible experience flying in a hot air balloon over Park City Utah. We booked with Skywalker and they were professional, courteous and great with communication. We met with the crew an other passengers in a public spot (gas station) then drove together to find the perfect launch site. We watched as they unloaded the basket then balloon bag from a truck then filled the balloon with air. This was actually lots of fun and everyone was excited and taking photos. Then they added hot air and uprighted the basket. Even hopping in the basket was a wee adventure but then the real adventure started as we lifted off... Simultaneously exciting, peaceful, thrilling and awesome. We floated with ups and downs, speed up and slow down, all with the wind and excellent work of our pilot. Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had!! We volunteered to help with rolling up the balloon after which was giddy fun then we all had a champagne toast to celebrate a great ride. I recommend 100% Skywalker was top notch from start to finish. You must do!!!! read more

The owner always answered my phone calls, made us feel safe in the air and ended the flight with a champagne toast. It was the perfect surprise for my husband's birthday. He had no idea and loved the experience. I am glad we went with the group price instead of asking for a private balloon. It did not affect the experience at all. You even get to help land the balloon and pack it up if you want. We enjoyed it a lot and have thought about doing it as a family. I appreciate the owner and the way he manages his business. We had so much fun. We were all scared because it was our first time but the pilot reassured us with his joyful, fun, and optimistic personality. He told us stories and made us laugh while we enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains. The pilot has 50 yrs of experience which made us feel safer. We had a super smooth flight and landing. The crew was so nice and hard working. They set up very quickly and as we helped them pack up we had fun instead of feeling like we're doing hard work. I even ran and jumped on the balloon when we were packing it to put it back in the bag. And at the end they served us with mimosas and the guy who owned the balloon told us a prayer before we cheered and drank. This experience was so fun and amazing. And i would definitely do it again. P.S. don't forget the pilot's name isn't Bill it's WILD BILL ;). read more

Disappointed about the extremely last minute cancellation this morning. Drove to the meeting site only to be told we wouldn't be flying. A phone call prior to the drive out at the crack of dawn would have been appreciated especially since the flight was confirmed the night before. Wish we would have booked with Bigfoot Balloons as they flew this morning no problem. Lesson learned. read more

We decided to take a hot air balloon ride to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and were not disappointed! Our pilot, "Wild Bill" was an extremely experienced pilot with decades of experience and many wins on the hot air balloon competition circuit. We felt completely safe! The equipment was extremely well cared for. My sons got to help out with the inflation (by holding the edges of the balloon while large fans blew air into it), and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Park City area from 12,000 ft. We could see all the way to the Great Salt Lake! It was perfect and spectacular. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a balloon ride experience. And the champagne & OJ toast at the end was a perfect way to cap off a perfect morning! read more

Canceled at the last minute said the city wouldn't let him launch on a Sunday from his launch site. Found this interesting as he sent us a confirmation for SUNDAY!! He didn't even call us to inform us. We were advised to contact the office if we hadn't heard from the pilot by 7 pm to confirm the flight with regards to weather...NOT his launch site!! read more

The pilot/owner Will and his crew, Bill, were professional, friendly and knowledgeable - inspiring confidence especially in my 10 year old niece.
