Second, my fridge is next to a corner and they were going to come back to install a piece of molding, but as you know, they didn't come back. Don't ever pay everything up front till they job is done. At least pay half but do not pay it all until you are satisfied.

We contracted with Robert / S&R Concrete Design after doing reference calls and site visits with…read morehis prior customers -- and being completely blown away by their amazing work. Robert spent 2 hrs with us on our consultation, understanding the unique issue with our driveway's french drain, walking the property, answering our many questions, showing us designs/cuts, etc. French drains require highly technical skills and experience, and Robert has it all. Previous contractors have said "it's fine", but Robert knew the exact issue, even tested it with pouring water to demonstrate it, and very carefully explained to us the proposed solution. They showed up on time to fix the drain and prep the driveway, and he came with a big crew so it was done very quickly. They quickly solved any problems that came up (like when we found old sprinkler pipes that I didn't know about under the driveway). When Robert was fixing the drain, he would show us what he was doing and explain it, using his leveler to make sure that everything was precise and perfect. It was all consistent with the plan we discussed at the consult. On the day of pouring, they showed up early and as soon as the concrete truck arrived, they jumped into action. We watched the entire time and these guys made it look so easy -- they are that good! Again, Robert was out there directing his team to make sure not a spot was missed, using his leveler to check everything, etc. They cleaned up the job site very well and it was all such a smooth process. Their work was impeccable, Robert is a great person and has the right experience, and we knew we could trust him to get the job done.

They took care of that immediately as we were experiencing very cold weather at the time. They were so professional and did the job so quickly and took care of her heating needs. Unlike another company that came in and wanted to sell her a furnace and sn AC even though it wasn't needed. Rocky Mtn Air Systems also responded to a grandson's call when the furnace in a house he was renting to someone was not functioning properly. The first company he called quoted him a price around 3 thousand for the service needed. Rocky Mtn identified the problem , replaced the necessary non- functioning parts and saved him hundreds of dollars Last of all my encounters with Rocky Mtn Air Systems was my own furnace. It is 31 years old so I expected it was time to replace the heating and AC. Once again the amazing HVAC guy Eric came and evaluated. He was able to replace some parts and saved us significantly at this time. He was honest and reliable and mentioned this furnace is not going to last forever but for now it is working perfectly. He wouldn't even accept payment until we had tried out the heating and the air conditioning with the fluctuating weather and make sure everything was good. I wouldn't call anyone else if you want dependable, honest, affordable service!

John only charges 1/2 of what other realtors charge, that is 1/5%. Because I also purchased a house with him, he just took his total of 3% from the purchase rather than the sale, this allowed me to not have to pay a commission and to get in to a nicer house without mortgage insurance.
