Utah Home Fitness is a very nice store which caters to the home fitness market with home and gym quality exercise equipment. They stock many treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, ab rollers, exercise bikes, and lots more. We talked to the owner, Jon, while we were there and he was very helpful. We stopped by Utah Home Fitness to rent ElliptiGOs actually, a sort of bicycle meets elliptical machine invention. We rent them for four hours through a Groupon and actually had a lot of fun riding them. It was a little difficult to get used to at first, but after awhile the ElliptiGOs were great fun. If you haven't seen one in action, Google it. If you need equipment for your home gym, Utah Home Fitness seems like the place to go. I was impressed. Support local business. read more

My husband and I were avid gym goers until COVID-19 caused our gym to close and we weren't comfortable venturing back into the gym once they reopened. Thus leaving us searching for at-home fitness equipment. Luckily, a friend introduced me (virtually) to Clint and he was able to get us the equipment we wanted. Not only did he find the equipment, he had everything set aside for me when I went to pick it up making it an easy process and purchase. Just bought a bench press with some weight from the Foothill location. The service was great.

We had a pretty good experience @ the Foothill store, our sales representative was great very friendly & on top of his game. Our experience @ the Sandy location has been nothing to brag about. Customer service sucked/sucks, communication sucks, when you know what you need & are looking for but the sales rep wants to continuously argue with you or try & tell something that you obviously already know they need to shut the hell up. Extremely pushy & aggressive towards getting a sell. we had gone in there while we were already up north from where we are from, by the time we'd been there for around 20 minutes I told my husband I needed to step out of the store due to the fact I was ready to punch the worker right in the face. Definitely will not be going back to this location again. Would recommend taking the extra few minutes & go to the location on foothill drive. We ended up being short some flooring which the sales rep said he had in the wharehouse which he didn't its already been paid for which we also ordered a few extra pieces as well, still hasn't gotten here nor any updates. Have called twice today for updates because we've heard nothing m, like I already stated extremely poor communication!!! I bought a spinner shift bike from here and it was a fantastic experience. Clint was very helpful and even delivered and setup my bike on New Years Day. I had an issue with my monitor and called the store. Clint answered and he immediately setup a time to come out and replace it. Fantastic service. If you are looking for home fitness equipment, I recommend putting your investment in a local store that provides better service than any online deal ever would. Funny thing about this review, had I been rating my original visit and my dealing with Clint on my original purchases, I likely would have rated them a 5. Unfortunately, my third time dealing with them, I am not sure I would even give them a 1. I could go on and on but to keep it simple, I have moved to CA and based on past experience and desire to avoid sales tax I reached out to Clint, but was responded to by Chase. (not a big deal) Seems that any machine I was willing to spend money on would have been right for me. Once the machine was ordered, that was the end of the service. The machine shipped late, missing my delivery window that I built into my work schedule. I would say that things happen, but there never was ownership of the problem or support provided in resolving it. Chase failed to follow up on the original ship date (too busy), didn't find the carrier information, blamed it on COVID, said he would call first thing in the morning but e-mailed in the afternoon, again he was too busy. There are so many detail that I am leaving out for brevity, but once ordered he was done, took hours on the phone dealing with the carrier they picked so we could figure out if and when our machine would be delivered. Litterally, COVID has blown up their business to the point that it is just a numbers game. Chase can treat you like gold and take your money, then its over (think used car). Dealing with Clint, I felt like I was truly dealing with a consultant that steered me away from bad choices and walked me through making the best decision. I could have lived most of the problems had shipping not become my problem and had I not received attitude when trying to get it resolved. Attitude and service is what makes or breaks a company, post COVID, it will be interesting to see what happens when demand drops. I needed a replacement for an old stationary bike, and found Utah Home Fitness through a search on Yelp. They have a great selection of equipment that is priced very competitively. Clint was very helpful in explaining the different machines and what kind of workout you get from them. I never thought I would end up getting a rowing machine but Clint sold me on it (in a good way!) He expertly explained how it worked and the benefits. My wife and I have both used it a few times now and are convinced we will love it for a long time. I highly recommend this store for any fitness equipment needs. read more

We went in a couple of months ago and checked out several machines. Clint was very informative and helpful. However we left to go see if we could get a better price elsewhere.Needless to say we didn't find cheaper anywhere else. So yesterday we went back to see if we could finance the machine we wanted. Not only did Clint remember who we were but he gave us the sale price he quoted us several months before even though the machine we wanted was no longer on sale. He then went the extra mile to personally deliver and assemble the machine at our house. My wife and I bought an elliptical machine from these guys. We weren't sure what we wanted, but Clint was very helpful, and gave his honest feedback about the difference in quality of the brands they carry. Other fitness stores in the valley were nowhere near as friendly, helpful, or honest about their equipment. The sales experience was fine, but the delivery was awful. They rescheduled three different days. Once, they rescheduled thirty minutes after they were supposed to be there, and another time they kept me waiting three to four hours after they said they were going to be there.
