People they sold this place they are there to Over charge and get as much as they can from you…read morefirst time and Dont care for repeat business, worst than a dealership.... didnt fix what we brought into them lied and said they did and less than 500 feet out of there driveway problem came back (engine light) they threw new parts at issue and called it done, charge you for diagnostic but didnt really fix the issue. charge outrages labor and tool fee for diagnostic test without results. i had replaced with new the parts they did a week before, codes showed a misfire on cyl 1, the O2 sensors were giving bad voltage readings because air and fuel ratios were off from misfire, with expensive diagnostic and maybe a mech with any skill would research why but just threw new parts at one part of issue and sent it to billing, well the misfire was because roller rockers for cylinder 1 had faulted and wore down came on intake so valves weren't opening and fuel and air was mess up and Bam misfire. $900. dollars to replace 2 O2 sensors that took me 1 hour start to finish to change, This is called ripping people off.... It may have been a better place before but look out there going to get ya now....

However, sometime between fixing the air leak and the original installation, they broke a part that prevents water from leaking into my car. This damage has caused electrical issues in my vehicle, as water is now leaking onto the passenger side floor. As a result, my electronics shut off randomly while driving. When we took the car back to the shop, the representative we spoke with denied any responsibility. They even claimed it was either my fault or caused by a previous windshield replacement. However, we haven't replaced the windshield in at least three years. Not to mention, since when does the average person--like myself--remove all the trim around the windshield and start tampering with things? Short answer: I don't. They did something to redirect the water from leaking into my car, when we took it back in, but it didn't work. Now my car is completely ruined. They don't stand by their work, and I'm left needing to buy a new vehicle. They don't care! Do not go here unless you want them to damage your car to the point where water seeps into the electronics and ruins everything. They will not stand by the work they do and are now costing me thousands of dollars.

Trust me, you don't need to look any farther. My 97 Land Cruiser had failing tint on every single window. The old tint was bubbling, cracking, torn, and discolored. It was an embarrassing mess. More importantly, for this review, it was a mess that nobody wanted to deal with, because removing old tint is not easy. I was actually turned down by two other tint shops before I found Vic. Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. He takes pride in his work, and he's an honest guy. My job took him nearly 9 hours - the old tint coming off in little pieces. Sorry Vic! And THANKS!!! I could not be happier with the transformation that he did to my old Land Cruiser. Now she looks sexy again, and I absolutely love the tint!! I knew going into this that I wanted ceramic tint, and not the less expensive carbon tint. But Vic educated me on an even better option for the windshield. And I'm so glad I did it. It has practically 100% IR rejection. No heat gets through the windshield at all and that's what I need to protect the old plastic and vinyl and interior of this Land Cruiser. I want to preserve the interior as much as possible because I plan on keeping this vehicle for a lot longer. One more thing - Vic wants you to know that he is installing the film that you wanted and paid for. Some installers will sell you the premium ceramic tint and then install the cheaper carbon tint and you'll never know that you got ripped off. Without being asked, Vic brought an electronic device out to show me on my new tinted glass what the UV and IR measurements are, so I could be confident that he installed the better quality films that I paid for.
