They have a wide selection of tropical items, including multiple varieties of avocados, mangoes, figs, and root vegetables. Persimmon, jicama, and star fruit are always in stock. A large selection of cut fruit is available as well - even dragon fruit. Beyond the produce is the impressive cheese section carrying both domestic and international options. And if they don't have something you can ask the part-time cheesemongers to order it for you. The seafood and butcher staff are some of the most knowledgeable and patient people I've ever spoken with period! They look like they genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows. Live lobsters are available (which is not my thing since I'm allergic to shellfish) and I've noticed them going for $11 a pound lately. Lamb, duck, and goat are regularly available. And the largest turkey legs I've ever seen! Check the pictures. They're huge! Fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, and tonics are available at the juicery. This is also where they keep the kombucha, probiotics, and immunity shots. The prepared foods and Deli are my favorite sections. They offer custom salads to order, pizzas, and stromboli. The hot foods bar is a must - offering a rotating selection of high quality entrees and sides. Two soups and a handful of salads are also on offer not to mention multiple grab and go items. Several times when I went they had an employee by the front door making sure that people who were coming in were wearing masks. Also since I had such a negative experience with the mask situation at their store before, I tried out them for delivery. And I must say their deliveries are awesome. It's so easy and convenient. Ordering online is super simple. They deliver right to your door. If you have any issues with your order, they are very cooperative in fixing it. Delivery is a great option to use with them if you don't want to go to the store.

Bakery staff: Hispanic Customer: Black I walked up to the bakery counter, with 4 employees there. I just stood there with my undivided attention focused on them for 3 to 5 minutes. They looked at me, looked away, talked to each other, laughed... When the one who was supposed ask to help decided to say something, he stayed at a distance and murmured, "do you need something?" I replied, "you think I'm just standing here..." He quickly looked away. So I followed up and asked, "so you're not gonna help me?" The 1st employee I spoke with told me I was right, and he understood me and told me to talk to the manager at customer service. So I made my way there and spoke with Shlomer from Customer Service. He was more interested in downplaying the encounter.

A store clerk who was behind the sandwich counter ask me if I needed help. I don't know if he was racially profiling me (and this area is still predominantly black). I was not amused by his statement. However the clerk behind the cash register was friendly and thanked me for my purchase. I'm not sure if I want to go back. I wonder if this happened in the past because I saw a broken glass door. You don't talk to customers like that when they first come in because nowadays it's easy to post a review online. They have a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and groceries and a variety of hot or cold sandwiches at the deli counter. The cook is always nice and I try different things every time I go. The other night I tried roast beef and Swiss with LTO and mayo. It was dripping hot in lots of flavor and juice. I'm also a fan of the chicken BLT wrap. Definitely delicious and lots of good stuff in here.
