I called Utility Plumbing Services for a clogged drain, and they were able to come out the same day. Isaiah was very helpful and patient, taking the time to explain the issue and the available options. I went with the hydro jet service, which was priced right around the national average based on what I found on Forbes, though slightly higher than Angi's reported average. The service mostly did the job--the main clog was cleared, and I can use my sink again. However, a camera inspection showed that a hardened grease deposit remained on the top of the pipe, which would require a more expensive service to fully remove. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. The team was prompt, professional, and transparent about what to expect. If you need a reliable plumbing service, they're a solid option. read more

Today, 12/09/24 at around 3PM I called several plumbing places for a plumbing emergency. Utility plumbing was the 4th call and the first to commit to coming within a specified time the same afternoon so I went with them. I am so happy I did. They fixed the problem but refused to accept payment as it was a minor issue. They didn't charge for diagnosing the problem or for the house call. Who does this nowadays? Pretty much no one.
