Place sucks owner did nothing but lie to me. He had my rzr for 2 weeks, when I took it in I told him the fuel pump was possibly bad. He lied and said he tested it. He avoided my calls, when I did talk to someone they said he pulled them off of my rzr to work on other stuff. I asked if he changed my clutch and the owner said yes, yet when I picked it up it wasn't changed this guy screwed my buddy as well. Careful doing business with this clown. Very deceitful. read more

I am absolutely thrilled with UTV Addiction. I brought my '16 Polaris RZR Turbo in here initially to get some routine service work done but when I discovered he was a Bikeman Performance dealer I had to get some upgrades done as well. After receiving recommendations from several other people that ride side-by-sides, I had actually been communicating with Rob Gott (the owner) a few weeks before via email and he had been very helpful. We set up a time for me to bring my RZR in and I dropped it off. This is one of those times where you meet someone and immediately realize you'll probably have a good experience. The shop was busy (this is a good thing) but Robb promised to have my ride out by the time I needed it. Sure enough he gives me a call and let's me know it's ready to go (a day before). After coming back to the shop he takes the time to go over what has been modified and changed with my ride and a few extra steps he took to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy. Rob and his employees clearly know what they are doing and know their stuff. Robb was very much on top of everything that was going on in the SxS world (unlike the local dealer). I would highly recommend bringing your rides in here if you need service, upgrades or anything else. These guys can do roll cages, tuning - you name it. I can't praise this place enough, these guys have got me as a customer for life now. read more

Moved here from the Bay area and needed my Yamaha YXZ worked on. Was told they are cheaper then the dealer and can handle anything. I had a mirror installed, 2 four point harnesses and a leak in a tire fixed. I got charged for 6 hrs of labor when in fact Yamaha dealer would have charged for 3 hours of work. Checked with them after the job since 6 hours by any stretch is too much. Maybe hourly rate is less but does not make up for an extra 3 hours work. Oh and leaky tire never fixed had to bring it back Duh! Lesson learned. read more

Went there to diagnose my rzr that was having an oil consumption problem. They had it for a while and they said the diagnosed it as it needed to top end. Took them quite a long time to do it there were some delays on parts granted. Once I took it out on first ride it caught on fire within an hour. Turns out One of the injectors was leaking. On top of that it was still eating oil. Recently had time to take the head off and found that the head and pistons were completely coated and carbon. Took to a local machine shop and they said the valve seals were nine times out of spec. UTV addiction said they took the head apart and inspected it they apparently did not. Numerous attempts have been made to contact them and nothing. We'll never do business again. Update: It's been three weeks since I talked to the owner. He seemed receptive and understand and was going to work with me. Tried numerous times to reach out to him but still haven't heard a thing from him or UTV Addiction. read more

Lame as hell . On their website they offerr two seater and four seater Polaris razors 9oo and 1000 turbos . After getting super excited and my family and I preparing for a couple days we go down and they say they don't rent Polaris razor . All they have is a Kawasaki 800 with flat tires . Said they quit renting Polaris razors,.We left What a joke! read more

I needed a spare tire for my Kawasaki teryx4. I wasn't too excited about spending $250 at the Kawasaki dealer for a cheap looking wheel and tire. I met with BJ and he took the time to call and find me a nice looking new wheel and he even had a good used tire. I spent half as much as I would have spent at the dealer and got a much nicer wheel. We did the reservation online a few days before, I called the day before to make sure everything was good , sure enough it wasn't... representative on the phone says he already has all his side by sides reserved, I let him know I had already paid for a reservation online a few days ago, guy comes back with the online page doesn't know what he has available , then tells me there's nothing he could do for me. I would assume they would check online first before they start doing any reservations elsewhere! Or get rid of the online page if it's not working for them! read more
