I was reluctant at first but my dad told me to just give it a shot. I went and bought the part for $150 and my dad helped me change it out. Its been a month and the car has been running PERFECT. When I explained the issue, a woman from behind the counter came forward to assist. After looking at the bulb, she insisted it was the correct part. I explained to her that it did not fit my vehicle. Instead of working with me to resolve the situation, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. I left the store feeling frustrated, unassisted, and dissatisfied with the service I received. As a customer, I expect AutoZone staff to provide accurate information and courteous service. This experience fell far short of that standard. Once we were assisted by this female worker, just finding excuses to turn us away not understanding our request and not taking their time to look for our previous purchases or receipts. I feel very bad for the store manager as it shows she does not respect Octavian as a manager. I hope this gets looked into by district managers because imagine how many other customers have to receive bad customer service and be turned away feeling like there's no solution to their requests. Then with my frustration, I posted on a FB page and asked for a recommendation. Boom...I get contacted by Jason...the owner of DeMello Off-road. He just started to offer front bumper for my model. After going back n forth...I decided to move forward and order directly through him with all the bells and whistles. I was expecting 16-20 weeks of wait time. But within two weeks, I was. Origins of updated bumper was in and sent to be powder coated. Then few days later, it was ready. Install date has been scheduled. I never expected status updates and personalized service. It is refreshing to have Jason be hands on with his company. I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for custom bumpers or other products through DeMello Off Road.

Completely unprofessional operation and recommend not spending any of your money with these knuckleheads - unless you want to pay for something and never actually get it. I've had to request my bank try and claw back the deposit money since the response from them has been zero.... Give this place a COMPLETE PASS!
