Ever since the company sold the service has gone down. I had my guys droop a windshield frame to have a new window installed. First issue was they couldn't locate my account. Maybe because they bought the company got lost somehow. That's okay the second issue was the rep that assited said would be done in two weeks. Weeks and weeks past and never heard back from the rep. I called after months and his comment was they lost my info and I was not in the computer. Okay no problem, he gave me a new price and sent me an invoice. Two weeks passed and nothing so I had to follow up again. A lady answered and said the price is not the same and now they have to charge more. Red. Flags after red flags I decided not to proceed. Days later they called me back threatening if I don't pick up I have to start paying storage fees. Save your money and headaches. Shoot elsewhere. read more

So I searched and this company had a lot of good reviews, the cage and the welds looked good but I'm not convinced people have rolled their cages. They claim to use the same material as my friends cage from another company but his feels thicker and sounds less "tinny". The only part of my cage that feels as thick as his is a butt weld that is sleeved. I put the cage on its side at less than 5 mph climbing a sandstone face and the main runner dented and bent in the rear. My stock cage didn't even dent and was rolled twice. When I reached out to them about it they told me "at the end of the day the cage is made to protect you". I responded asking what the cage would do at a decent rate of speed and never got a response. Now I watched a friend roll his cage at 30-40mph on concrete and the cage only lost powder coat, no dents in any tubing. I feel like a DOM cage shouldn't be compromised so easily and be disposable after a slow roll. Looks like I'll save up for the one he got and scrap this cage. I suggest the same to anyone in the market for a new cage. This is just a review from my experience of two cages I've personally dealt with and don't endorse anyone, just wish this was information I had while shopping. read more

Horrible customer service and cheap products. I purchased a pair of their light whips on Friday and they broke off before the weekend was over. lenord told be when I bought them they had a 1 year warranty. I brought them back the following week and they claimed I must have pulled them in a trailer because they don't just break like that. After a 10 min argument I told them I could call the person that was in the rzr behind me that picked them up off the trail on speaker and ask him in front of them what happen so they could hear. Then the changer their tune and were like ohh no need for that you can have your money back. But I still did. Called him on speaker and let them hear me ask plain as day what happen. After they heard that all they could say is " well it looks to us like you pulled it in a trailer". Way to stand behind your product guys. read more

Bought a cage and bumper from them. Told me it would fit like a glove. Well they never supplied the mounting hardware for the bumper. When I called and asked for what was needed simply got a "well we can do it for you". Wouldn't give me the info needed to install bumper. Waist of money. Almost s year later and still haven't installed the bumper. The roll cage was well constructed took a lot of patience and a good come along tool but got it done. read more

These guys rock!! They made my cage and it was the wrong type that I wanted and they messed up a couple of things with the welding. But after a quick call to Lenard they made a new cage to the exact specs that I wanted and they took care of business.
