I had my phone serviced the day prior at 4:30-5pm on 1/13/26, about an hour before closing, so when…read moreI got the phone I didn't have much time to verify anything and left on good faith that all was good. The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day.

Quoted $120 to replace an iPhone charging port. After examination, I was told it was corroded and…read morein need of replacement. I declined and took the phone home where I applied a slight burst of electrical connection spray and scrubbed the port with a small, flexible plastic bristle brush. The end result, the port now works. Conclusion: The same measure could have been applied at this business for a small cleaning fee.

I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen repaired at Phone Clinic in Prairieville, and…read moreunfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Before the repair, my phone's front camera was working perfectly. Immediately after the LCD/screen went black, both my front camera and flashlight stopped working. I returned to the shop as instructed, and while they were able to get the flashlight working again, the front camera still does not function. I was told the issue was not caused during the repair, but I have since spoken with another repair professional and Apple support, both of whom confirmed that this type of issue is typically the result of damage during the repair process. Despite bringing the phone back promptly and giving the business an opportunity to fix the issue, they have refused to take responsibility or repair the damage under warranty.I am now forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all functions are thoroughly checked before leaving the store.

I have NEVER enjoyed going into a communications store before, and likely never will because when…read moreyour phone goes out and you need one right then and there, that's a pretty shitty feeling, you know,? And that's the only time I ever go into one, because jeez, who likes having to learn a new device or sitting there while they transfer all your worthless crap to a new phone?! Nobody, that's who. So it happened that my Droid crapped out after a mishap on a saturday evening, and I NEEDED my phone. So I took it to this store hoping that they would be able to fix it, but I was prepared to move to another device if needs be. There is a sign-in procedure that I was completely ignorant to, but after waiting a few minutes, someone finally asked if I had signed in and she did it for me. Soon after that, a rep was with me and I told him flat out that I needed an operable phone like... NOW and after determining that my old Droid was not going to work after a cracked screen, I was prepared to upgrade anyway. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He told me my options for getting my hands on a phone RIGHT now and I chose. I had already decided that I was going to upgrade to the newest model of the Turbo and after a few quick questions that are important to my device usage, I was sold and he had me up and running in a VERY short period of time. Dude seemed knowledgeable about the products they sold (though, I only recently discovered that Verizon offers one free screen replacement on my old Turbo, but I didn't know that at the time, and it seems that likely, they didn't either) and was very professional when he realized I had a past due balance on my bill, which I paid right then because I forget about it all the time. He was quick to set up the new phone, get it rolling and I was in and out the door in just under an hour. For my experiences with a phone store in the past, that's not too bad. Now I just gotta go back and see what they know about this free screen replacement on my old device cuz there is a WHOLE LOT of worthless crap on that phone that I simply cannot live without and I need it ASAP!
