We had to figure out airport-to-hotel transportation on our own since she was arriving at a different time from her teammates. In researching Tampa car services, I called 1st Class first since they are the only one with numerous reviews that are all 5-star. The owner, Victor, immediately put my mind at ease with the professionalism and kindness in our conversation. He took on the pick up himself even though he had an early start the next morning and my daughter's flight was delayed numerous times, arriving later than expected in the evening. Victor even walked in to great her at the airport, help her with luggage, texted us updates, and walked her into the hotel to make sure she was with her team. For me, this is just a totally unexpected level of service and care. Oh, and to top it off, he would not let me tip him additionally after the drop-off. I wouldn't be able to sleep the night before if I wasn't 100% certain that she would be picked up on time and transported safely to the airport. I found Walsh Airport Services online and saw the average 5-star rating with 23 reviews. The other companies that I found couldn't meet that kind of satisfaction rating. I called and scheduled my daughter's pick up with Tom. The pick-up location can be very difficult to find (off the street, the street is not numbered in sequential order, etc.). So, I gave Tom the details on how to find the place and he said that he would probably just pick her up and drive her himself, to make sure that none of the detailed instructions got lost in relaying them to someone else. We set up a 5:45 a.m. pick up and he said he would probably arrive by 5:40 a.m. (so they could drive away by 5:45 a.m.). I gave him my cell phone number and he said he would text my daughter to let her know when he was close. I left my phone out for her to use to text with him. I also gave him the landline phone number. He was on time, arriving at 5:40 a.m., just as he promised. After my daughter's flight, I asked her how it went. She said that the service was fabulous. Tom treated my daughter like a total VIP. She absolutely LOVED it! So not only was Tom reliable and punctual, but he also delivered fantastic service and made my daughter feel very special (which she is, of course! ) TL;DR: Reliable, Punctual, Superb Customer Service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
