I was really disappointed with this cleaning company. I reached out by sending them a picture of my home and specifically asked for the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and small dining area to be cleaned no bedrooms. They sent me a full list of tasks included in the $225 price, and I was impressed by how thorough it seemed. I even texted back, "Wow, you do all this?" and was told, "Yes, we do all that." However, when the cleaner arrived, she said I was listed as a move-in/move-out cleaning, even though my home was fully furnished. She told me they would just work around the furniture, which was fine. I get home I see fridge not clean or inside stove, light switches, baseboards, fan on bath room, bathroom hardware, floors not swept or mopped shower glass not touched & dishes were washed, which didn't make sense to me. If the stove and refrigerator weren't included, why were dishes? I've paid for regular cleanings many times before and have had the inside of my stove cleaned without issue. With this company, only the top of the stove was cleaned, yet I was still charged the full price. When I came home, there were multiple items from the list that had not even been touched and were still visibly dirty. Whether I noticed it before or after the cleaning shouldn't matter the work simply wasn't completed as promised. After I complained, they sent another cleaner, who fixed a few things, but not everything that had originally been promised. The confusion about what services were actually included, along with the lack of accountability, left me feeling like I did not receive what I paid for. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If you do choose to use them, make sure you clearly confirm exactly what services will be performed and make sure the cleaner assigned to your home understands those expectations before the job begins. read more

I hired this company to do a deep housecleaning as I was having out of town guest for a wedding. I called a month a head to get pricing and explained what I was looking for and how much. The lady I talked to recommended the deeper cleaning and said this is what they do when someone moves out. I told her that was fine but the house was occupied by us and had furniture so I wanted to make sure they cleaned all the walls and baseboards plus the normal cleaning. She stated that would not be a problem. We agreed on a price and I scheduled the date and paid the upfront( I know my mistake) they can in the date cleaned on the surface everything looked ok some spots I noticed a problem they redid. I did not check every nook and cranny ad I believed they were professionals and knew what to do. A day later I was getting something under the bed and noticed they did not sweep/vacuum under there so they certainly didn't mop ad started looking around and noticed there were other areas they did not clean. I called back and they agreed to send a head housekeeper to check. She came and told me that that don't do under the beds or other furniture because usually for that type of job there is no furniture in the house. I told her that when I booked the service I confirmed with the person that there was furniture in the house and it is a lived in house. She got defensive and was unhelpful. I told her sweeping under the bed like dusting is cleaning 101. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the situation. I called the company again and told them how disappointing their service was and the how rude and unhelpful their employee was and the company then sent me a $45. Refund which in light of what I paid was nothing. They do not know the basics of cleaning and are very unhelpful in resolving issues. DO NOT HIRE THEN FOR ANYTHING! read more

Called 1 day ago to get a quote for a studio cleaning. When I call back the next day to confirm the price was raised $100 and they said that was always the original price. I also got 2 different quotes for carpet cleaning & when I wanted to move forward with the cheaper option they said it wasn't available and I had to go with the more expensive option. Unfortunately, an employee of this company mistakenly sprayed bleach on the stove handles in our home. I notified the company as soon as I noticed the damage, and offered to allow another person to try to clean away the stain. She was unable to do so. I've then let the company know that the handles would need to be replaced. Within their communication back to me, they let me know that they terminated the person that made the accident to my stove handles, and that she was a mother of "multiple kids." They stated it was not "ideal" for them to have to fire her due to her family situation. Then they followed with saying that she would be the one required to pay for the handles. I was very uncomfortable with the thought of that; especially after they had just shared personal information about the employee's life. I immediately asked if they had insurance for accidents. They said no she was to be responsible. At that time I paused the communication and tried to see if I could get it fixed any other way. I contacted my insurance company, but they would not cover it. Some time has passed, life has been busy... but the handles still need to be replaced. Now that I have circled back with the company they have let me know that they decided to "considered this matter closed." They are saying that I "declined in writing" that I did not want the handles replaced. I have all messages I never said that. They are also now saying that I did "a walk-through" at the end of service the day of the incident. Which is untrue. Also, they are questioning why I didn't notice the bleach spots the day of the service. If anyone has ever experienced what bleached does to stainless steel they know it happens overtime. The product itself was clear... so no, I did not notice a clear product on my stove until it had already done the damage. I feel very mistreated as a loyal customer. Just wanted to share my experience, so others can be prepared in case any of your valuables are damaged as well. read more

I was very pleased with Crystal's work, she cleaned out the house we were moving out of. Arrived on time right at 7am to get started. She cleaned the window sills and cleaned the bathroom very well. I would give them a one star rating but I'm gonna be nice about it. To the naked eye everything looked great but when it came to party day and we had to open up windows and shutters it wasn't clean. On top of being 1 1/2- 2 hours late due to going to the wrong city, the lady that came to clean also broke a glass bowl that went to a set and didn't clean any windows or inside of the microwave or any appliances in general. We ended up having to do it ourselves even though the service was paid for. It wasn't seen until after the fact because we were at work. We tried contacting Amanda but instead of listening to the customer, she wanted to argue and go back and forth. Highly disappointed with the outcome and customer service. read more

Used this service one time for an initial cleaning but not deep cleaning. Flat rate which I appreciated. Responsive scheduling through Yelp messages but required a deposit to book which was odd to me but it worked out. Covered all the areas as promised in a reasonable time. I walked the house before she left and everything was cleaned . The company will call you about half an hour before the work is completed , to give you time to get there and check the work before the cleaning person leaves .
