I'm no mechanic, but even I could tell it was a big "yikes!" This was a big problem that other car maintenance repair shops never pointed out when performing routine inspections, and it seemed like a pretty big oversight, so I'm very grateful to Vic's for spotting this, showing me, and getting it fixed quickly. I feel like they genuinely care about my car and offer the time and attention required to keep it running smoothly for as long as possible. They also do not charge a diagnostic fee! That was such a pleasant surprise since every mechanic or auto shop I visit charges something when inspecting the car. I brought it in the other day because I wanted a second opinion on recommended maintenance from another auto repair shop. I called just a few minutes beforehand, and shortly after I arrived, they quickly put it on the lift to look underneath and gave me their opinion. And there was no charge! I was very grateful, and it helped me make a decision on truly necessary repairs. It only took a couple of hours for Tom to determine the electric battery was the problem. He ordered the battery from Toyota and didn't get it until late the next afternoon. I was on the road by the following morning. Communication is great at Campbell's. They answer the phone promptly. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable.
