Having to tend to your vehicle is never a fun thing to do. But the guys at V&S have made it just a bit less painful. They are super accommodating, very friendly, fast and do high quality work. I had them do a smog check on my car, give me a quote on some body work and change out my brakes. Every time I've left very happy. Driving westbound on the 210, my indicator noted tire pressure concern. My plans changed. AAA arranged to have my car towed to V&S Complete Auto Repair. Vic showed me how my run-flat tire had ruptured and the rim was damaged too. My car was going to be there for at least one day. From the start, Vic and his team were responsive and made sure I got the best deal on a new tire and rim repair. Then, Vic drove me to the car rental. He went inside with me and insisted they give me his discount. V&S had every opportunity to take advantage of my misfortune. Instead, Vic treated my circumstance as if it was his own. Took my 2009 BMW 328 since it was time for my clutch to be changed. Vahik not only treated me like a valued customer from the beginning. I came to this shop for the first time today when my car started spilling fluid. It's stressful having any light on your car come on not always knowing what it could be. On top of that, finding a shop that will be honest and not give you an imaginary list of problems your car has just so that they make money off you on non existent repairs V & S is great, as was Jorance who helped me when I got there. He gave me an idea of what the problem or problems could be and gave an idea of what I could be spending. I got my car back in no time and for the first time at an auto shop I didn't feel like I was gonna get cheated into having something I didn't need repaired or like I was gonna get pressured into purchasing something like windshield wipers, tires or breaks knowing they just got changed recently. Referred to V & S for brake work and I must say they were very thorough and altogether fair with the price. George really knows his stuff and Vic, the owner too. He offered to give me a ride to grab a bite while George worked on car but I walked instead. George took the time to show me exactly what needed to be repaired/replaced and how it'd be done. Afterward even checked all the fluids, finding that although I had just come from Universal Nissan, having had an oil change, the dip stick registered half full.
