Unfriendly staff and a variety of odds and ends. Shameful to even use the word HORSE in your name. Dog food mostly out of stock also. No chicken starter. No 32 ammo. It's a small store I get it ... but half your shelves are empty. Bad management skills to leave a place your owners pay rent and staff with no inventory and looking like you are going out of business. read more

They moved from the ity bity small store on Durango Drive and now located in a much larger space, in the Lowes shopping center. Love this store. They carry top products at reasonable prices compared to big name stores. Best thing they are just down the street which is great. read more

I usually go to Jones Feed on Rancho but they are closed on Sundays and I needed to find some food for my new baby duck/chickens so I checked out V & V. It is much smaller than Jones Feed but I was told they have a larger store on Rancho that has hay etc. This store was very clean and well laid out. A nice young women was working the store and she was very helpful and pleasant. She helped me find just what I needed. Next time I will check out their larger store. But truthfully, this one is close to where I live and probably will suit my needs the majority of the time and they are open on Sundays, so I'll probably end up a regular. read more

My family and I went into this store for the first time and the last time today. We live with in walking distance and we went into to buy dog food and dog treats. For our 3 large dogs who sure do eat a lot of dog food. It is such a shame that the people that work in this store are so rude. When we walked in they just stared at us so finally I said hi. They were watching us walk around and never even asked if we needed help. We ended up grabbing a bag of dog food and treats and check out was no better. He said absolutely nothing to me expect your total is X and sign here for the credit receipt. It was really one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a store! It's like he didn't want us there. I visited the store and when I walked in the guy behind the counter made eye contact with me but, didn't say a word to me. I then noticed a African American gentlemen came into the store and attempt to engage in conversation with the guy behind the counter in regards to his dog and the type of food he is interested in buying. This JERK behind the counter just sat there and ignored this gentleman. I will not be visiting this store ever again! I will make sure I tell all my neighbors to boycott this store. read more

I used to order taste of the wild for my two dogs off of amazon, I moved up to centennial and my brother in law recommended them. Every time I've gone they have been more than helpful. Their prices are competitive and their dog toys are about half the price of Petsmart. When I picked up the 35 pound bag and put it on the counter the woman asked me if she could carry it to the car for me I am a large man so I told her no thank you, however the fact that she would even ask just shows you how great their customer service is.
