I decided to first select a small Used car lot very close to where I was staying and it ended up to be very fruitful. the owner, Tim was very knowledgeable, very cordial, very easy to work with, and very polite. My entire career was in the automotive business, and I spoke this man's language, and was not apprehensive in the least. We found what appears to be a very acceptable car at a good price from citywide auto sales on Utica Road in Roseville Michigan. He did not appear to be hiding anything, when I pointed to a car, he gladly accepted that and also showed me other comparable vehicles of the same category so that my selection would be wider. I ended up buying a car the same day send him and I'm glad I did and the person who I helped find this car is very satisfied as well.

He always shows me how the oil looks after the change, has shown me the air filter which many places just tell you it needs changed. They always recommend manufacturers services. They are quick. Only place I trust taking my truck to for services. Highly recommend. Thank you guys for being kind and making me feel confident that my truck is in good hands.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I allowed them to change my oil…read more Literally the worst customer service experience of my life. My daughter took my car here for the second time they charged her $150 (less a $25 coupon) for what they said was 7.7 quarts of oil. She called me from their store so I proceeded to ask - what did they do for that price? She said they only changed the oil but told her I needed coolant and an air filter - but they didn't have the coolant for my vehicle. Universal coolant was incompatible. They also showed her a dirty air filter and put it back in my car. I guess they didn't have that either! I asked her to put him on the phone and he claimed to be the Asst Manager. I was asking what to do about the coolant since they didn't have it. He told me to go to the auto store and purchase it, however, I was asking if there was any credit given for them not doing that and he commenced to YELLING into the telephone over and over saying "maam I told you if we put this universal coolant in your car it'll mess it up. You want me to mess up your car!?" I was stunned!!! He yelled this over and over and so I asked for a Manager. He proceeds to get a "General Manager" who he would only let me speak to on speaker phone who was just as rude. I tried to pose my question again and He immediately started yelling the same tired trope as the so called Assistant Manager who was standing next to him holding the speaker phone. If they had not already started my oil change I would have told my daughter to back my vehicle out of there! There is no excuse for speaking to a customer in that manner- ever. Then Asst Mgr yells "I already told you to buy the coolant and we'd put it in your car!" Which he may have said previously but I didn't hear - due to the manner in which he was speaking to me. Their full service oil change ended up being $125, not full service and topped off with a side of ignorance. I would not allow anyone I love (nor hate) to go to this facility. If I could give them a zero I would.
