Being new to the area, I stopped in to this salon to have my powder dip manicure removed and to get a basic manicure pedi. I was able to get right in. Great! Two and a half hours later, I left $60 poorer with THE worst manicure I have ever gotten. Multiple cuticles cut, polished right over a severely split nail, no recommendation for repair. Though I sat with my hands under a fan for more than 10 minutes, I noticed when I got to the car that most of the polish was bubbled and not glossy as I would expect. I enede up removing the polish the next day. Any recommendations for a good nail salon in the Meridianville/Hazel Green area would be appreciated! read more

Went in ( no appointment) only waited for 15min. Not bad. Worst mani and pedi ever. She didn't want to trim my toe nails that needed it and she filed all my short finger nails to the quick. Forgot to mention the way she shaped them. MY fingers are very sore the next day. NEVER GO THERE read more

They only do appts. Got a walk in gel Pedi they didn't have time for a manicure. And thank god. I was texting my husband during it frustrated I had to go somewhere else for my dip, and that it wasn't that great for the price (I always get deluxe). Three weeks later I went somewhere else for my pedi; she took the polish off turns out I now have toenail fungus from V. Didn't realize it until I got my next one due to dark polish on my toes. Never had nail fungus in my life and I've been getting gel pedis every 3-4 weeks since I was 14. Sooo that's just great now half my toenail is missing. Never again. read more

My finger are skinned up and painful from the terrible experience I had. I told him it hurt and he kept doing it. After a manicure you're supposed to have nice nails, mine look like I took a nail file and just filled my skin. I will never be back. *update* Owner is aware of what happened. V nails is very clean and friendly staff. I have been going for pedicures and tried dip nails several times. Have always had a great experience and result until now. I tried gel nails for the first time. Love the gel but not the result. Several nails were not completely covered, several nail edges were rough and snagged my top. In 7 days three nails had lifted. Sad to say but don't think I will return. read more

I loved the idea of appointment. But the service was horrible. I couldn't tell in the salon that my nails was not attached to the tips that was put on until I got in the car and noticed that there was something up in between my nail and the artificial nail I got put on. So then I started to examine all of my nails and noticed none of them was attached she offered me to super glue them down and to me that's unacceptable I have already washed my hands so that will cause bacteria or fungus to grow so I requested that she redo my nails she declined and told me that she will give me a refund and to never come back. And on top of that I have air bubbles in my acrylic. Please don't waste your time or money read more

I went today as a walk in. They were super slow. One of the employees was actually getting her own pedicure from one of the other employees. They did a pedicure and it was great. They don't have color sets so I just had to try to match the colors for pedi/mani the best I could. Then when they did the manicure with dip nails- the guy wasn't paying attention to the file and how close it was actually hitting my skin. I flinched and he said sorry. He kept going and cut part of the buffing pad off that he thought was making me bleed. My fingers hurt from being filed raw. 5 of my fingers were bleeding when they finished. I didn't see him throw away any of the files either after I started bleeding. That just seems like a health violation. I also have so much clear polish on my fingers no where near the nails. Would not recommend. They had a sign that said appointment only but come in to see if they could do walk ins. I requested a pedicure but they said all the techs were busy while one was occupying the pedicure chair on her phone. Terrible first impression! read more

My daughter loved Max,but today was not good.She called and ask what time her appointment was and Max told her 10.She got there at 10 and was treated very disrespectful.Max was talking about this being his business and she was late kind you he told her 10 was her appointment time.He was talking to other customers and employees about her and people being late..We will NOT GO BACK HERE!!! read more
