I originally came in last minute to get rid of a horrible gel manicure before an important job interview. Tina took care of me herself and was very patient even when my youngest was a bit fussy. The next time I came, Tom did my nails and I was hooked. I showed him a pintrest picture and he killed it. After that, I could not wait to come back. Since then, I have been back and had awesome designs done by Tom and Andy (I think). And that is just my nails! The techs do an awesome making my man like feet beautiful. I am so excited, I do believe I have found my new nail salon! I went in yesterday (day before Thanksgiving) and while it was busy, I was able to get in pretty quick and the customer service was great!!! It was obvious there were quite a few regulars there and there were group conversations going around the room, like a small town salon where everyone is friendly with each other. Had a great gal do my nails, wish I had gotten her name, she had a cute Mickey Mouse mask. She was friendly and talented, did a great job on the designs for my toes and fingers. The leg massage had great pressure which is a huge plus for me! I watched her and others taking tools in and out of the sanitizing machines and turning them back on after doing so, their sani solution was the right shade too, you need to look for dark color. I've been here 58 minutes. She's almost done with my pedicure and my nails are finished. I hate a place that rushes through, or that takes forever when I need both a pedicure & a fill. I love my nails and appreciated the fact that even though I wanted a different color on every nail, he didn't have one ounce of an attitude about it. Something I have experienced FREQUENTLY at other places as I often want tedious designs. And tho I feel she didn't spend as much time on certain parts of my pedicure, she cleaned up my nails/ingrowns/extra skin very well and that is what I feel is most important personally. I have been coming here for about 7 months now and made the mistake of going somewhere else this time. NEVER AGAIN. I came that same day to get them fixed and of course she did amazing. Immediately after her sanding them down I felt better. The customer service and quality of their work is amazing and doesn't compare. It's my first time here and it's a different experience compare to other nail salons. I found them on Yelp and gave them a call around 7pm and wanted to make the appointment for the next day. I was lucky enough and they were able to get me in at 9:30 am next morning. I arrived before they turned on the OPEN sign. When I got in, two men came out from the back of the salon and asked me what service would I like and asked me to pick the color from the back of the store. Don't really care for the setting because I had to walk all the way to the back of the salon to look for nail polish. After I picked my color, another man set up the water for my pedicure. He started to cough next to me. I was hoping he was not the one who would do my pedicure. I didn't want to be sick. I sat down and the man asked me if I would like him to turn on the massage chair for me. Sure, why not! The thing was I was not allowed to touch the remote. He turned it on for me and walked away. I was a shorter woman and it just didn't fit right. It was a horrible massage chair experience. After two minutes, a lady came to do my pedicure! Phew!! She is very nice and not talkative. It's perfect for me because I needed some quiet time. I thought I would have my quiet time since I was the only customer there at that time. After 15 minutes, another customer showed up for her appointment and that was it, just the two of us (customers)! Those men were starting to talk and talk and talk, louder and louder and they all COUGH together!!! OMG!! They didn't cover and just cough right next to the nail polish and sink area. I thought to myself, I was glad that I didn't need to go over there again to pick the nail polish. To avoid getting close to those coughing men, I chose not to have my manicure done because I didn't want to get to the sink area. I forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she's good! Very detail and nice massage. She asked me what kind of pedicure would I like and gave me the menu. I picked the regular manicure & Spa pedicure for $32. I know, I added the manicure!!! It's because she's so good!! I put my health in danger and was hoping it's all worth it. Then, she cut my finger!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I was bleeding!! She recused my finger like a Pro! Finally I stopped bleeding! Thanks to God! And those men were still chatting, laughing and coughing!! After an hour, I was the only customer there. When I was ready to pay, she told me $34. Wait, I thought the menu said $32 for both services. At this point, I just wanted to leave, whatever! OH, maybe getting my finger cut cost me another $2. Anyway, I had never been to a nail salon this empty. She also told me they were usually busy after 4pm and weekend. Nice! So I bet those men would have lots of fun before 4pm. Paid $50 for pink acrylic and a regular pedicure. Kim did my nails and she was great and super fast. But an older man did my pedicure and it was anything but relaxing. The entire time he was yanking on my feet and barely seemed like he was even touching them or filing them I felt like literally he took my nail polish off and just put new on. Then one of my toes got messed up and he acted very irritated that he had to repaint it. I also had a gel lamp on my lap while I was trying to get my pedicure done which was kind of inconvenient. Also had to ask for a second top coat on my nails because they weren't very shiny. I don't think I'll be going back since my pedicure I paid $20 for looks like I could have done it at home and my paint is still smudged. read more

I will only give 4 stars until I go back to be sure that my experience wasn't just first time glory lol My cousin and I made reservations for 2 pedicures, a full set and a gel mani, they were able to accommodate us at the that time thankfully! When we arrived there was maybe 2 other clients, but it was good timing for a Monday afternoon (2:30) as more and more guests arrived shortly after us. They were super friendly upon checking us in and their selection is great as far as gel and regular polish. You do have to walk to the back of the salon to pick your polish- but I like to scope a place out sometimes first. Everything was clean and tidy, there is also a private room where they do the facials and wax! My pedicure was delightful. The deluxe option with gel polish as an add on. It included a scrub, massage, icy mask on my legs and feet and then hot towels! Very nice. Tom did my nails and they are all the ferociousness I asked for. I liked his style right away, very diligent and clean. He is the one with the full sleeve tattoo, there is just something original about him. Honestly worst place I've ever been to I typically go to the SAME location out in Scottsdale/ Tempe area but couldn't go decided to try this location. I called ahead of time for the price of the type of work I needed done they quoted me $28 dollars. When got my work done I was not satisfied. Terrible, to say the least they charged me $40. I don't recommend this place to anyone. My nails are natural, they came out thick, the person filed the sides too much they're now too narrow. I'm so upset that it's not what I expected, I was over charged and my regular location IN SCOTTSDALE I NEVER FAIL TO PAY MORE THAN $28 w/o tip. read more

How ever, let me tell the bad side of the service I had today with one of their nail technician "Dan" who I used to see and haven't had her for a while cause she only do my pedicure and lately it's her younger sister I am seeing for my manicure. So when I saw her finally for a long time , I ask her "is everything ok? " because of her text I received. She said to me and the manager I'm giving her a hard time??? Lol... first of all you dont complain with the client and tell them " you can't Tell me what to do Or basically how to do my job and make me take my time with you. ".. first of all I don't care if she is fast or not. As long as I'm satisfied of the work. Obviously when I say something is because Im seeing the missed spot. A great technician will not consider that as in NEGATIVE WAY... don't get me wrong. She is good along with her sister "June " but still no one is perfect! ..If I see something like my dry skin hanging, I will definitely let her know. The customer pay the service. I don't normally get my nails done but I decided to treat myself and go here. First, you check in on their iPad using your name and phone number. I waited for about an hour which didn't really bother me. The lady who did my pedicure was kind of rough and rushed. She scrubbed my feet real hard and left them feeling more rough than how i came in. When she was cutting my cuticles, she was more pulling it off than anything. She also made a mistake and looked up to see if i noticed it and unfortunately for her i did. I asked for another layer which she quickly did but was not able to fix her mistake. I knew she wanted to finish as quickly as possible and i was just over the whole experience so i paid and left. As i looked closer on my toes, i noticed that my toenails were not evenly filed and nail polish was not applied as close to my cuticles as i wanted it to be. I really wanted a good experience but I was just disappointed. Also they were using the same tools with the woman next to me. read more
