Staff is friendly and facility is clean and modern. Highly recommend them. I always get right in.

When I went, so far everything was nice in the shop. I was questionable as I was getting my nails done when I asked to cut down the length of my natural nails, and the gentleman helping me said "yes later" and began to grab the stuff for the dip. I asked again if he could please cut my nails down and be refused again and said "later". He seemed to have attitude the rest of the time applying the dip to my nails. I had to remind him again about my length as he was asking how I liked them and he just began to file down the nails with the already applied dip on. That made my nails so brittle on the sides, and for the last week and a half my nails keep breaking one by one. My nails were so healthy and at the best shape and now I have to star fresh with nails so short. I don't even trust to go back there and have them fix it as they did not have great welcoming energy and would most likely brush off what happened to my nails as "my fault." read more

I have only gone in for pedicures 3 times now. I didn't post a review the 1st two times because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. For the price, the quality of the pedicure is just not good. This time around I paid for the deluxe pedicure after the guy ( I forgot his name) tried to upsell me the most expensive pedicure package and then proceeded to act different when I declined it. mind you a few months ago I paid for the most expensive pedicure. Not only was every pedicure rushed, my cuticles were not trimmed nicely, the bottom of my feet feel rough and they usually do not because I take care of my feet, but the polish is already chipped. There's 2 salons in the same plaza, I am happy with my choice. The salon has their services broken up into sections which is *really* nice, not having to inhale the acrylic nail smell while getting a pedi, and go get your waxes done you go to another part of the salon, its very nice. I was greeted right away and taken to the pedi section and they began. The chair malfunctioned because it wasn't giving hot water but they were on top of it trying to fix the situation! They brought hot water in a pitcher from the back to heat up my water and it worked. I was very thankful. My tech was Lisa and she was a pleasure to have! We had good conversation & after a few minutes she was courteous to end it and told me to sit back and relax. My toes look great, absolutely no pressure to add on services which I also liked. When I arrived there was a woman holding her infant feeding it's bottle while getting her toes done. A while later another woman and her you g child came in, they took her to the nail side and serviced her quickly while mom got her toes I will be coming here again. Thank you! read more

I have been coming to this location for a while now for the consistent brow clean ups and the occasional pedicure. I have never been let down until as of recently, I came to get my brows done and Tracy removed part of the front of my brow. I came back to speak because I was not offered the mirror to look at myself in the salon so once I entered my car I was able to see them. I called in and came back only to be shut down. I showed previous pictures but all I got out the conversation was denial. I am not the type to do these review things but I have never been so disappointed by a service. I got a full set including gel. My nails are coffin with black tips. The guy who did mine was gentle and gave me what I wanted especially since I wanted the dip powder to be thin instead of thick. So many things I did not like. 1. I've never had a pedi and not had them scrub my feet all around. How I come in to get my feet cleaned and when I leave they're still in the same condition when I left? 2. I've also never had a pedi where they didn't at least moisturize. Why did I leave and my feet were beyond ASHY. Y'all don't have lotion or oil or something? 3. When I got up he put the shoes I walked in with. I had just got off work so my shoes were closed toed. I took my shoes off 5 minutes later after leaving the shop and whole toes worth of polish fell off. I'll never go back. Like I didn't need a stellar pedi but something to clean my feet before a tattoo. If I'm gonna pay I shouldn't get home and have to repaint my toes, scrub and moisturize. Two previous times I have asked them to remove my acrylic and give me a fresh set for my pedi and both times they say "a fill will work." I came in today asking for chrome almond nails and the tech doing my nails, continued to say "you'll pay more, more work is more pay" I also asked him nicely to even out my nails as they were all different sizes and he says "I don't like picky" mind you I had already given him the chance to keep my nails short as he pleased to do, even after I told him I didn't want them short looking like ticks. When I got there it was a bit before 4 and they close at 5 on Sunday's and I asked for a pedicure and a full set. They said they can do one or the other since they close at 5, which to me was weird since most salons will just do both, but I get it because I wouldn't want to stay late either! So I decided on the pedicure since I needed it and I'm 37 weeks pregnant, so that was more important to me. Went to get my.nails done Saturday, by Sundayy gel was chipping off. Today which is Monday i went to get them repair but they closed for the 3rd an 4th. So now.i have to wait until the 5th to ask for them ro repair them. My nails are also not thin like I asked for them to be. I called the salon to leave a voice mail to make sure theu were aware that my polish is messed up today but they do not have a voice mail set up. I used to come to the salon twice a month to get my nails done, but my nails did this week. He was so rude when he was doing my nails. He would throw my hand around when he was done filing my nails. It was just extremely rude. He also did not make my nails look even and looked sideways. I had to ask him for the nail filer to make my nails straight for myself, and then when I came back two days later because the nails were peeling off, he said it would fix. But then he said he couldn't, so when I told them to take it off, my nails were so chipped that I asked them to cut them off. Me being a nail tech I have already high exceptions and I'm picky. Thanks to Jenny I feel AMAZING third time coming and I am never disappointed. The owner was so nice and always was making sure I was getting what I needed done. I was a bit skeptical cause of the review but tbh I'm the type to try it out myself since i loved some of the nail pics shown on here? Gotta admit yes sometimes she hurt me but that honestly isn't even her fault (my nails are thin and fragile) definitely way better than expected. Overall this salon is okay. I had a horrible eyebrow experience but the pedicure was okay. My tech rushed through my eyebrows and did a very poor job. When I pointed out her mistake she actually told me it was the lighting! I couldn't believe how careless she was. I had to ask for my money back, as bad as I felt because I know you can't really return a service but now I have to regrow my brows. I'm low maintenance, I just wanted her to clean them up. Not only did she leave them uneven, but she made them thinner and I don't even know what shape she was trying to go for. I will not be returning especially because the lady I assume was the manager was very snide and not very sympathetic towards my issue. Totally unacceptable. And to add to my nightmare experience, my tech just up and walked away without saying anything during the pedicure, she was gone so long the water got cold and I started pruning. I liked the place but this nail salon really needs to hire good nail techs. The amount of time and effort they spend on your pedicure is ridiculous. As a customer we pay A LOT to get our pedicures and manicures/full sets done. The pedicures are done so quick and poorly that it just feels pointless to tip these nail techs. I'm all about tipping and good service. They say your pedicure comes with a 10min massage LOL they massage your leg for like 1min then move on. It just feels like your in and out just to get to the next customer. I get that it gets busy and there are a lot of people at times, so they really should lower the cost of their pedicures. And please learn to treat your customers like the paying customers we are. Getting your nails done isn't cheap so please either lower your price a bit or schedule accordingly! I won't be back here. A couple weeks ago I went to a salon a few miles from this location and my gosh was it an awful experience. I always left salons unsatisfied and ending up re filing and re painting as soon as I got home. However this salon, I couldn't be more pleased. This is the 2nd place I've ever found where I left happy. My acrylic set looks natural, my nails are naturally round and curved, not flat and pointed up like most other salons do. Only thing was, my nail tech went a little "file happy" on my finger I winced a little bit and he apologized automatically where other placed they will ignore the pain they caused, won't apologize and continue to hurt you. I even had one technician at a different salon slap my hand for pulling away, needless to say I wonder be going there again. I do recommend this place, even with the last minute walk ins that came late, even though they were closing, they still catered to them, overall, nice clean place, nice workers, and happy customers! read more
