Complete waste of time. I consulted two other notary options online, and both of them are able to notarize the doc. The part pissed me the most is when I called in asking for appointment cancelation and refund, the staff was so mean and condescending. Threatened me that he's gonna report my employer as the doc is "not signable"??? Turned down my refund request, even their payment portal says "If you are not fully satisfied with the service, we will work with you to make it right, including full refund" What a joke.
