After getting home(back in Romeo) I realized they left out our order of fries that was supposed to come with the wing dinner. I give them a call and the guy on the phone tells me they didn't charge me for the fries!? Well the price I paid reflects that there should have been French fries with our order, and you definitely repeated the order back to me at the counter. After throwing some frozen fries in the oven, after 25mins we are finally ready to eat. While making everyone's plates the tray didn't look like there were 30 wings there. Of course I decide to count them, and of course there are only 25 wings in the tray. The price of food, and the distance of the drive I was at least expecting to get what I paid for! I wonder how many other customers these guys short on wing orders of 30 or more. Do better, and stop shorting your customers. I highly doubt I'll ever be back. We were definitely hoping to find a new go to for fried chicken whenever we're in the D.

I go back to the store where the manager, who seemed very jittery, nervous and sweaty, immediately accuses me of distracting his employee which caused her to make the mistake. I was shocked that he would suggest that I was the one to blame for distracting his employees by walking into the store. I told the manager that the person behind the employee was obviously distracted with work was possibly doing too many things at once. He then accused his employees of being lazy and explainef to me that that was what actual work was about as if neither I or they had ever actually done work. I'm not the kind of person that accuses people of bigotry often but I have never ever been wrong. In less than 6 minutes he had blamed everyone in the restaurant for in a mistake that did not require blame. No one who puts that much focus on blame instead of problem solving should manage anything ever.
