I love this place. I was stuck in my old ways, only allowing one nail salon to touch me. It was in Arizona and I'm here. The place in AZ showered me with attention and booze- I'm serious, they had it there. But now I'm here in Wenatchee, trying to someone to love my feet and unshaved legs like my old place- I did. Gross, you say? Yes, sorry. But the three guys who do pedicures are HILARIOUS. They all speak great english, as do the others, but have a hilarious story about everything. I suggest if your feet and hands need a lil' bit of love, call ahead. Mostly Friday and Saturday, they ain't messin around-they're slammed. I put my name down last time, went next door to the yummy pho place, and by the time I was back I was in the chair. Nice thing about this place, they just got nice new everything. They got these spaceship chairs from the future, too. (For pedicures of course). Let me start by saying Tracey my girl was fantastic. BUT the male technician that Checked me in so to speak I don't know his name but he is bald with a very short haircut was extremely rude. I almost walked out. He asked me can I help you and I said I am here for a pedicure he told me to wash my hands i said I am here for a pedi he said in a loud voice almost reprimanding me WASH YOUR hands. I go to vtech every time I get my nails done because I know for a fact every other place I'm this crappy town is going to be 100% worse but I got these a couple days ago and two were coming off like they were about to fall off if I didn't take them off myself so I just ripped them off I think they need better acrylic powder and liquid because this happens to me every time i go. Not too impressed with this place. Two bad experiences in a row. One after an acrylic nails fill, my nails looked so bad I thought I was going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. But someone stopped me on the way out when I was almost in tears and sat me down and fixed them. Went for us till Monday, one of the nails broke off Wednesday - I wasn't doing anything, just driving my car and noticed it was broken. Went today to get it fixed, they made me wait 20 minutes before I even sat down. The fix took another 25 minutes, and then they charged me. What kind of place does not guarantee their nails will last more than two days? read more

The first time I came here it was a great experience. The lady second to the end did a great job and I was hoping to get her the second time but ended up getting the guy all the way at the end and he did terrible! The shape of my coffin nails was so off and they were so thin and when it came to do the design he had to move and have someone else take over. After leaving I was great full that the lady helped but it was too late and my nails were not what I asked for and it took him over an hour I was the last customer there that day. Very accommodating!! Called about 10 minutes before closing on a Thursday and they were able to squeeze me and my daughter in for pedicures at 9am! On top of that, asked if they could squeeze us in for manicures and they did that as well..handed us off to a few different techs, prep/powder-dip/nail art. All were very friendly and professional! Went to Skya Beauty & Spa (used to be V-Tech Nails on Springwater Ave) and saw the owner's wife do a very cruel thing to one of the staff. Because the owner's wife didn't want to do a pedicure that just had walked in, she sent the manicurist (who was doing a beautiful job!) to go do the pedicure while she took over her client. That was not right. The staff member was not happy about it and asked, "I don't have a choice, do I?" The owner's wife said, "No, you don't." So not right! I'm not going back! In fairness to the people who work there, most do a good job, but regardless, I can't support owners who treat their staff like this. read more

I've not had my nails done very often and finally can since I retired. First time I had dipped nails, they lasted for over a month until they grew out. The next time I tried dipped nails, they started fading within a few days so I went in to show them. I was charged again to have them "fixed" and was told fading can happen. So this 3rd time they started fading in 2 days but not uniformly but I'm not going back and get charged again. I've taken pictures of before and after which didn't seem to matter to the manager. And I've talked to people that have their nails done all the time and been told this is not normal! I loved the person who did my nails the first time and I don't blame her, just not happy with being charged for nails that didn't work. read more

Driven past a few times and decided to give them a try. First thing you notice is that everything is new! They are having a grand re-opening with specials through the end of the month. Went in for a pedi, made an appointment and was seated immediately in a pedi chair. Busy place with several nail and pedi stations. Several other customers in at the same time and everyone was being served. Customers just walking in were greeted immediately. The gentleman did a very good job on my pedi. Took the time to do a thorough job and was careful with a sore toe I had injured previously. I was very satisfied with the job he did. Although this was a little more than I was used to paying for a pedi I felt the price was warranted, as I had been neglecting my feet for a while due to minor surgery. Overall they did great one of the gentalman did my nails great service over all when he was doing my nails he gave me a few small cuts and was a little harsh and not gentle when he was doing filing my nails he cut me again my I flinched super hard bwcause He was filing into my nail instead of the acrylic they currently are still sore I personally would recommend going there although be prepared you never know who you'll get.and there's always room for improvement. And if you don't like your nails you have another chance to redo it but for free and also he did gold instead of silver on one the two fingers i asked for to be silver sparkle he did gold instead but it's still looks really good and currently happy with it except for the cut.but other then those few things I over think it was great read more

I tried V-Tech this past weekend with my friend and had a horrible experience! I would not recommend this place. The front desk girl was on her phone when my friend and I first walked in and we asked if they had an opening for her and I. The front desk girl continues playing on her phone and says she's booked, in a very unfriendly manner. My friend and I left and I looked up a place called Skya's beauty salon. I called them and a lady picked up the phone saying she could get us in, in an hour. Turns out this was the same place (V-Tech) and they had changed there name. My friend and I went in and requested two manicures. We both waited an extra half hour from when our appointment was supposed to be. They cut my friend three times with nail clippers to the point all her fingers were bleeding and they got paint and glue all over my skin around my nails. They did not cut cuticles or put lotion on or massage or anything along those lines. After they finished which took about an hour or so, we went to pay. They told us in the beginning it would be about $45 in total unless we added extra designs. They charged my friend $70 plus a tip and she had no extra design done, and they charged me $60 plus a tip and I had extra design. Would definitely NOT Recommend this nail salon, I will not be coming back. I wish I could rate them a zero star, at the least it would've been nice to be in a friendly atmosphere. Idk how to explain my experience here but an absolute disaster. My nails ended up thick and ugly. I asked the nail tech Holly if she needed to apply a base coat under the glitter and she said no. She ended up not putting the base coat and my nails turned up see through. She never once asked me how I liked my nails but acted in a rush the whole time cause I was on her last clients of the night. She ended up charging me $50. I left and called in the next day and asked if they would fix my polish and was informed I would have to pay extra for That. I explained that my nails were see through and they said that holly would fix them but only at her convenience. They wouldn't get me in when I could get out of work and if I saw another tech it would cost more. I already paid $50 for this disaster. They are a bunch of money hungry pigs. What happened to customer service? I told the girl on the phone that I would take my service elsewhere and she gladly said ok sounds good bye.... I'm not one to complain but I think these pics tell the story. I would rate them less if I could. If you're in the market for a good nail salon I'd go for Vivian nails in east Wenatchee. I have been here on and off for years. I stopped by for a simple facial wax. I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE job done! My brows were horribly uneven (one brow is now 1/2 an inch back from the nose so everyone notices) wax was left on my face (I had to go buy wax remover), and several places on my face were bleeding! And to top it off, they charged $47 ! Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

Customer service needs some MAJOR work. They rush through your mani/pedi to get someone else in your chair when they' one. Went in for a fill today & It started with the nail technician telling me to stop looking at my nails & wait until she's done. It came off a little rude but okay no problem. As she was filing down with the nail DRILL i noticed she was being a little rough and either drilling in too far or hitting my skin. Now I know this will happen, but she would apologize and do it again, and again on each nail. So then she is filing my nail with a regular nail file I start to feel a really sharp pain! She was filing so hard that the edge of the nail file had created a deep cut into my finger!!! She apologizes and moves on. Within a few minutes I was bleeding. Says sorry and keeps filing. So now it's time to spray down with alcohol .. & I'm not gonna lie I was a little scared and told her to go ahead and skip the cut finger. She grabs my hand instantly and sprayed it down anyways. By this time I am really upset but didn't say anything. Once she was done She said that will be $31 :o Now I wasn't expecting a free service.. but something, ANYTHING would have been nice. I let the receptionist know and all I was told was that she would make note of it. I was still charged $31 for the service and left very unhappy with no effort from them to make things right. I will never go to this nail salon again. Wish I would have read some of these reviews beforehand and gone somewhere else. read more

I received a gift certificate for a nail dip manicure with Tracy. Although it took almost 90 minutes, I have the most perfect beautiful nails ever. I get lots of manis but this was the best ever. If you are looking for some great technicians, see Annie and Tracy. It's an extremely busy salon with 13 stations plus the pedi chairs. I make an appointment and they are very close to being on time. I understand costs arise and that's what some businesses have to do but I wouldn't go back just based on the quality of the manicure, the polish lasted 2 days before it chipped and 2 of the girls looked at me in disgust because I didn't leave a gigantic tip. Terrible experience! My daughter had a manicure that left her with 4 bloody fingers and the polish was sloppy and smudged. The guy used superglue on the wound after he cut her cuticle to try to stop the bleeding. When we showed the woman we were paying how bad it looked, she didn't seem to care. I had a pedicure, which was expensive enough at $27. Then, I was asked if I wanted to pay $10 more for callous removal... Wait, isn't that part of a pedicure? I absolutely do not recommend v tech, from the minute I walked it I received hatful looks and the custom service sucks. The guy who did my nail messed up seven times, I asked for shellac acrylics with the shape of square slightly rounded edges, when they guy finished my they put regular nail polish on, coffen shape nails and I had scuffs and nicks on my nails. Not a single nail was fully covered with the proper size acrylic sets. And they over charged me for a shitty job. My 5 year old daughter does better nails than they do...... read more
