All I can say is Terrible! A total disrespect for the customer and time. I Scheduled appointments with Tina because she can do designs, She double books her appointments and I have never waited less then 15 minutes. I am done! it's not worth the wait to get a flower on your nails. When she get's around to starting on your nails, she will stop to yell commands at her employees in a foreign language and take breaks to work on other people. All around BAD experience, more expensive than other shops and total disregard for any ones time schedule. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere. read more

Dropping this rating to four instead of a five due to my last visit. My original set from Katie was gorgeous! My nail beds didn't hurt after and I was incredibly happy. My fill however was terrible. The guy that did it did such a horrible job that my nails were lifting THREE hours after my fill, my nailbeds hurt, and a nail actually came off. I still highly recommend the place, but be careful which tech you go to. Katie (sp?) is wonderful. Go see her! read more

I had a Gel Manicure with a young man Thai. It was terrible. Very unprofessional. He drew blood on the cuticle removal and missed areas that needed trimmed. 8 out of 10 of my nails had polish on the cuticle. The tips were rough, not smooth. He scraped off the old polish with his thumbnail. When removing the old gel, he used a clip with an old piece of used cotton in it, very unsterile. He used instruments that were not clean. He spent time joking with other workers and on his phone instead of doing quality work. During the hand and arm massage, he just pulled on four fingers at a time will little to no massage. Instead of complaining I just decided to not come back. After the fact, I decided to add this note on my experience. I am used to quality and this was far from it. read more

Today I went to get a manicure and pedicure with my mom at V-tech nails on Spring water. Like always we made appointments two days in advance, so that we could both sit together, and both get our nails done at the same time. Before sitting down, I asked if it was possible that we could get our nails done at the same time, as the last couple of times I have been in my with my mom, my mom was finished with her toenails and nails before my toenails were even finished, and I could already see that somebody had been starting on my mom's toenails while I would be sitting waiting for another staff member to become ready to start on mine. The staff (Daisy) was helpful and gave me some suggestions on how to call them and work it out in the future, but for today it still was issue. Again I was still getting my toes worked on while my mom had already moved from getting her toenails worked on to being done with her fingernails, so like last time I said I would come in another time to get my nails done as my mom is now finished and we would like to leave. Second issue, Then the guy who was working on my toenails could not understand The simple design that I wanted on one of my toes. even after Showing him several times, He was still confused, so I just said go ahead and do what you want because at this point I had given up. I wasn't upset, and I wasn't rude to the man who was doing my nails, or the ladies who work there, and I just said it wasn't what I wanted, but that was OK. I realized that he probably was new and wasn't able to understand, so I was willing to let it go, But what I did hold an issue with is the owner who's name is Tina. Daisy was being very nice and helping me check it out when I asked if it was possible to get a discount due to the fact that I had been waiting for the second time, and due to that the man not doing what I asked him to do. At this point, Tina the manager, doesn't even turn her head to talk to me while she is working on somebodies nails, and she says loudly in front of her customer and her staff, "well did you tell him no this is absolutely not this is not what I wanted? " At which point I replied I did repeat to him several times what I wanted, and showed him, but he still didn't understand, so I said go ahead and just do what you're doing because I was done explaining, and of course I didn't wanna make a scene, or worse make this guy feel bad. Tina (the manager) said "well if you didn't say no this isn't what I want and you let him continue to work on you and take time then that's your fault". All the other girls at the counter looked horrified and apologized to me profusely while Tina the owner was very rude didn't even look me in the eye and just continued to work on her customer while saying that I was wrong, and that I didn't make enough of a fuss about it to deserve any sort of discount or apology for future business. My mom and I have been going to get our nails done together here at least once a month for a pedicure and manicure for years, but I never once had to deal with the owner. At that point I told Daisy (because Tina the owner wasn't looking at me) that I would no longer be giving them my business, not due to the fact that the man made a mistake, and not due to the fact that I was made to wait for the second time, nor was it a problem with the staff, but because the manager Tina had treated me with such disrespect and completely made me feel like an asshole in front of herself and her staff and the man who worked on me.. I told Daisy, and the staff, and the man who did my pedicure, that it was not their fault, and that I would no longer be returning for business Because of how Tina treated me. She had no respect for her customers, or for me, and how she treated the whole situation so poorly that she felt she needed to make obstacle out of it in front of the whole operation which I believe could have been handled so differently, more discreetly, and more sympathetily. Instead she chose to yell at me while not even looking at me and working on another ladies nails. I feel bad for the staff who have to have her as a manager because they looked absolutely horrified, and a little scared. There's no doubt in my mind that Tina is a taskmaster, and has no common sense or empathy for her staff or for her customers. What has customer service come to at this point that Makes this lady feel like this is OK to treat somebody who is a regular customer is beyond me. The staff looked so surprised and kept apologizing to me even though Tina was sitting right there. read more

Worst full set I have received in 25 years. Employees were arguing over even wanting to take clients (lazy). People were walking out frustrated at waiting for one of the many available technicians who were wondering around doing nothing. It is way overpriced and customer service was awful. It's getting difficult to find a good place in Wenatchee to do nails. I used to come here many times and could not remember why I started looking for other places until I visited again about 5 days ago. I went to school to do nails and I cannot believe that the lady who did mine was ever trained professionally. They actually charged me for acrylic nail removal and their method was to just peel them off without soaking or anything. I could have done that at home with some clippers in 15 minutes. It ripped most of the layers of my healthy nails down to nothing. The last few days I have spend filing the flimsy parts left, they keep ripping and snagging on clothing. It will take months for them to get healthy and strong again and for the destroyed nails to grow out. I will never come here again. I'm wishing for the old days when they actually cared about doing a good job. People pay though because its fast, this company just takes as many short cuts as they possibly can to funnel through as many people as they can...and charge you the highest prices to do so. If you want to keep getting scammed...be my guest. I refuse to give them my business anymore. read more

My nail place is temporarily closed and I needed a manicure and pedicure badly. I made an appointment and when I walked in I was shocked. Talk about a sweat factory. Packed with employees and customers. I was seen quickly enough, but the service was lacking. The pedicure process was nice, but the outcome was...shall I say, mine is better?!? I went in for a manicure and I had long lovely nails. The lady became upset when I didn't like the shape she was making on them and then ground them down to practically nothing. I never had a manicure, just the polish and a little oil on the cuticles then she said "I'm done". She was pressured by her boss to finish me because they had people waiting. She had been working from 9:00 till then, it was 7:00pm and she had not had a break, nor anything to eat. I will not support this kind of business and I will not go back. I gave it one star since I actually am wearing polish - $75.00 + tip later, I am disguisted. read more
