Highly recommend Julie & Tammy! I had a manicure and pedicure with Julie and Tammy and they were both absolutely wonderful. They were meticulous, gentle, and clearly very experienced. My nails were shaped beautifully, the cuticle work was clean and careful, and everything felt unhurried and relaxing. They really listened to what I wanted and paid attention to the small details that make a mani-pedi look polished and last longer. The pedicure was especially soothing, and my manicure came out flawless -- even, smooth, and perfectly finished. On top of their skill, they were both kind, professional, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. I left feeling pampered and very happy with my nails. Went in on April 10 for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. Nancy did my nails and she up charged me on a gel manicure stating that it would last longer than a regular manicure and to trust her. So I did. In less than 20 hours on Saturday two of my nails were already chipping prompting me to go back on Sunday. I didn't go on Saturday because I thought they may be too busy so I considerately went on Sunday when they opened. She fixed them and on Monday I noticed two more nails had chipped prompting me to go back on Tuesday when they opened. Tuesday evening before seven p.m. I noticed another nail had chipped. Now I am kinda starting to get a tad bit tired of dealing with this so I chose not to go back, but when the gel started peeling off on the side of my thumb I didn't have a choice, but to go back. So after fixing my nails on Wednesday, I no more than got home and two more nails had chipped again. At this point now I've decided I just kind of want my money back because this is really more than one person should have to go through for a simple nail job. I went in early this afternoon and Nancy wouldn't come over but the manager came over and the manager basically wanted to offer me a discount on a future service which, I don't know WHO would want to come back to a place that you've had to go to three times in less than four days to fix what should have been done RIGHT the first time! No thank you! I simply asked for $15 refund for the gel that I was UPCHARGED for and left with my two chipped nails. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. AFTER MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD TELL ANYBODY CONSIDERING THIS PLACE TO RUN, NOT WALK TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON. And to think I ONLY wanted a deluxe manicure. I paid $120 plus $25 tip for this crap. Plus anyone who cures a nail, then commences to filing it breaking the seal AFTER the nail has been cured should expect them to chip. ‍ You would think someone that's done nails for 19 years would know that. That might be why there are a lot of reviews regarding chipped nails. read more

Really lovely people and salon, but two different colors were put in my hands and feet, anf my nails were uneven, sometimes oval as I requested and sometimes very pointy and short. The gel on my fingernails also was very bubbly and streaky and uneven, which is unusual. The price, for this quality of work, is a bit expensive. I hope they improve, but I can't pay $90 including tip for work that looks like this. read more

I absolutely hate writing a bad review. I was really excited about this place. It's very nice and clean inside. The massages were great! The tech working on my pedicure accidently cut deeper than my cuticle. It happens. I get it. Not usually a big deal. The problem came when she applied pressure with her bare hand. She couldn't get the bleeding to stop so she sprayed water on it for 5-6 mins. The bleeding still wasn't stopping so she opened a tube of neosporin and put the tip of the tube right into my open cut with blood on it. She screwed the cap back on and put it in her drawer. I tried to communicate with her that the tube is contaminated but she didn't understand me. She finally whispered sorry into my ear, I'm guessing so none of her coworkers knew what had happened. She finally painted my toenails (using the polish brush on top of my bloody toenail). I told them the whole bottle has been contaminated. Not sure what they did with it after that. Had it not been for this incident, I would have continued setting my future nail appointments there. read more

I feel like my experience was just completely weird. 1) to get my gel polish off my fingernails, she dremeled, had them soak in acetone, and then dremeled the polish completely off, along with some of my natural nails. Which is the reason I don't like gel to be removed with a dremel. My natural nails were left ridged and rough, uneven, and flimsy. I fully expect my natural nails to break/rip here in a couple weeks if not sooner. 2) the kid who did my pedi fumbled a little and made several mistakes, but I decided not to make an issue out of that bc he looked like he (hopefully) just got his license. He honestly looked like he is a high school student but maybe he went through a program in school? I left with the same calluses I came in with. 3) I asked for a basic gel mani, and the Jelly Pedi with gel bc the callus removal was included. Imagine my surprised when the tech put her hand down the back of my sweatshirt for a massage. She had used hot rocks to massage my forearms, and my foolish self thought maybe she was trying to make up for the mistakes done during the pedi, or the fact that she clipped me doing my cuticles. I had to go straight home after the experience to change and wash my oil covered, stretched out sweatshirt. 4) checking out... $166! I was shocked. How does that all add up to $166? And of course, I had to tip on top of that. Well, there must have been some kind of miscommunication bc she said I asked for the Jelly mani and pedi... which I did not. But also, no where in their description did it say anything about hot rocks or an invasive neck/shoulder/back massage. I feel bamboozled. I'm a single mom and I would never spend that kind of money on a service. For me, that's insane. I went to splurge on a nice pedi, but holy hell! You can go down the road and get a very nice $35-$40 gel mani, and a nice $65 gel pedi. I definitely will not be returning. read more
