We set up an appointment for an estimate and he stopped by right on time and quickly laid out some options. For the actual repair appointment, Justin was available the same day, which was great! He did end up a little behind schedule, but that can be pretty unavoidable in a business where big install jobs are mixed in with quick, urgent jobs like ours. Justin communicated the minor delay to us well in advance, though, so we could adjust our plans. During the repair appointment, he noticed another unrelated issue with our door which he also fixed, at no cost.
