The doctor is in and can see you now. We had health problems with our door leading into the garage. The framing needed major repair and the foot plate needed replacement. I called and made an appointment for a checkup. Justin came and presented our options for repair. We decided and were given an estimate for the different options. We put 10% down and scheduled the repair date. Justin did a super job, which I would have been a fool to do myself. I probably would've spent more and not had as good of an outcome. I ended up not doing business with them, not because i didnt want to, but how do you stop responding mid email conversation. I provided photos of my broken door and they responded with some questions, and what doors they provided... i selected the door type and answered all of their quesitons and then it was crickets...i got ghosted by a business. I even called to follow up and was just asked to email since the person doing the actually door work only responded through email. These guys are amazing! I highly recommend them. My front door suddenly was jamming up and not opening properly. I made some attempts at changing the screws out per YouTube videos...that did not work so I contacted the Door Doctor....so very professional from the front office to Justin, the guy that came out and fixed our door. He went above and beyond. He took the door off, shaved the bottom so it was level with the door stop, carved out some wood so things would fit better, lubed up the door handle set. Basically, he did a bunch of stuff that I would have never considered in getting the door to work. He got our door working perfectly....even better than when we moved in 8 years ago. It's almost like they should offer a front door tune up option. When he was finished, they vacuumed and made sure everything was cleaned up. Our garage door cable somehow unspooled, preventing the door from completely closing -- on the same day we read about a neighbor encountering a strange man entering their garage because their garage door wouldn't close! We called The Door Doctor and, sensing our rising concerns, they were able to rush their guy -- Kyle -- over pretty much right away. He was friendly, very professional and he quickly diagnosed the issue, then fixed the door in a short amount of time. A nice bonus is that their prices are very reasonable! I would give The Door Doctor more than 5 stars if I could! We first used The Door Doctor to replace a bad logic board in the garage door opener a few weeks ago. During the initial phone conversation, they asked sufficient questions to narrow down the possible issues. This allowed them to bring enough parts to the service appointment. Upon arriving, Hector quickly diagnosed the issue and had the logic board changed out really quickly. He then assisted me in re-pairing all of my remotes to the new board. Great service! Fast forward to today. One of our garage door springs broke. I submitted a Yelp request to The Door Doctor as well as called them around 8:15am, hoping when they opened at 9am I would get a call back. Well, literally a minute after I called, I received a callback! We set up an appointment window of 8:30-9:30am same day! Called the door doctor to repair my front door. Booked appointment for 1 week out. They arrived an hour late, evaluated problem and said they would need to set up an appointment to repair. Scheduled appointment for 2 weeks out at 10:00 am. When no one arrived by 12:00 I called to follow up and was told that one of their employees called in sick and they needed to cancel me for today and reschedule out another 2 weeks. Received call today that my appointment this Friday needs to be rescheduled because as Joey told me "someone played a Trump card and needs to put someone else at that time."
