Shameful. As a courtesy I called while stuck in traffic along RT 28 (they we doing road paving and…read moretree cutting) to let them know I was running late. The woman who answered was terribly rude in explaining how tight of a schedule they keep. I figured I would loosen the schedule for them. I turned around and went home. This woman is the face of the office? she should be fired.

Dr. Chiotellis of the Heart Center in Hyannis; not a recommendation as he does not speak English!…read more He never told me what he was doing or why. I was at a Pre-Op appt. Brigham & Women's in Jamaica Plains ( a 2 1/2 hr ride in) the nurse practitioner became concerned that sometimes I can't catch my breath..I was at the hospital going to my pre op to have my ankle replaced; yes I am In considerable pain. My EKG came out perfect as did the past EKG's I had. My primary care spoke with the NP for me to come back to the Cape as she was going to have me see a heart doctor! My PC scurried me out of her office and I needed to get to the Heart Center where this doctors was going to examine me to put all at ease! First he sent me to the hospital for exrays and blood work....in January I had breast cancer and I'm now cancer free; so I had routine testing prior to that! My left Nipple was injected with Six needles without any pain meds, and then they continued to cut my areola to put in a port! Wow I was not prepared! I went through the surgery and treatment in perfect shape! No blip on the screen showing any distress! This heart doctor decided I needed a nuclear stress test with a radio active injection..,,with just having breast cancer that is the last thing I wanted injected in my body ! My 53 year old sister is at end stage Metastatic Breast Cancer and is now on Hospice....we have only weeks left to spend with her! I am walking with pain because of my ankle, worried about surgery to replace my ankle, my BP was high (my 52 year old brother had his 2nd Thoracostmy in 7 moths under emergency surgery!). Gee, why am I stressed and my BP high??? I need the surgery! The coronary doctor decided I needed an echo cardio gram, a nuclear stress test was ordered for Monday which cancelled my surgery! I went reluctantly on Monday had the injection against my wishes. Had the pictures of my heart taken then we go off to do the stress part of the test. I may not name this equipment accurately but you will get the gist of it... that place stickies on my chest to attach the leads to the stickies, one lead is broken...then the take the harness with all the leads and go to plug it in for the computer to read my BP! Well the computer is not recognizing the lead; apparently the connection to the computer failed, the talons/ connector inside the plug had bent talons so it would not work; I commented why they hadn't checked their equipment before the test! No answer! They said I'll have to come back once it's repaired:( I made another appt. against my better judgement. And I left quite upset! I called them when I got home to find out when the repair man would be in? Only to be told the "girls" doing the test were able to unbend the talons on the machine and plugged it in the machine....it is now working? Now, the system was not recalibrated or for that matter how does one know the test would be accurate? They were proud to say they were back in business! I called and cancelled my appointment this afternoon as I spoke with several medical people in the Cancer Center. They were appalled at this and said I was right to cancel my appt. so I actually give them a "0"

I'm honestly not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Marisa has been so…read moreimpactful that I felt like I had to share. I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. Even the people around me noticed. After that first session, the tension in my shoulders decreased, and the only way I can describe it is that everything (physically & mentally) felt like it had been taken down a notch. Since working with her, my sleep has completely transformed. I went from having an extremely hard time falling asleep and waking up almost every hour, to now pretty much sleeping through the night. If I do wake up, I can fall back asleep easily, and I'm even dreaming a lot which I take as a sign I'm finally getting deep, restful sleep. I've seen such drastic improvements that I genuinely feel like I have a new baseline. I feel so much more in control of my anxiety now and honestly like a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. It's been truly life changing. I honestly wish I could see her weekly. The closest way I can describe how you feel leaving a session is like you just had a massage; you're so relaxed, grounded, and at ease. Marisa has truly touched my life. She is genuinely an angel. She listens, she cares deeply, and she is incredibly dedicated to her clients. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she always follows up, whether by email or the next time you see her, which says so much about the level of thought and attention she gives. I don't feel comfortable around many people, but there's something about her energy that is so light and reassuring. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment, and it makes all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found her and truly can't recommend her enough.

Truly the best. One of a kind. I am so glad to have found Healing Point Therapeutic. I highly…read morerecommend the hypnoaccupuncture and also the intuitive readings. Top notch. Marisa is wonderful in all ways. The office and treatment rooms are also healing.

The night crew feels like(Mostly) folks who don't want you to be there, younger/maybe newer in their field and someone is playing video games because it's quiet, and one night there was me and 1 other old man their. ALL the rooms were empty from what I could see, but I think they had one other patient. NO one was in the waiting room. And the desk dude was complaining that the old man was here at 3am. And then said "Well I GUESS your heart rate is a little high." I was polite and courteous as i went in and in the central area like right in front of me I heard them say something about why they need to keep people over 80 alive. I was like wtf did I just hear??? I was like maybe they had a bad day but saying that out loud is crazy. No one with that attitude should be working in the ER, I'm sorry. But the MORNING people are not like that. Unfortunately, a lot of times I've had severe emergencies in the middle of the night, I have a lot of different medical conditions. And I know, the ER is for 'if your dying' but it's also for 'to make sure you aren't dying' because sometimes not going you can die if you don't get it checked.
