I pay for a Diamond membership because I expect access to the equipment included with that…read moremembership. On two separate occasions, I've been placed in a Gold bed without anyone asking if that was okay or even informing me beforehand. If I'm paying for a higher-tier membership, I shouldn't have to find out after the fact that I was put in a lower-tier bed. Communication and customer service go a long way. If the Diamond beds are unavailable, simply letting customers know and giving them the option to wait or choose a different bed would make a huge difference. I hope this is addressed so other members receive the level of service they're paying for.

She put notes in the file about next time a 'complimentary one'. Of course - you can't predict a storm. Today (March 13th 2026) I went in to try it again. The gal was 'well, if it failed it was probably your prep) and tried to talk me into a membership and not acknowledging the horrible experience that ruined clothes while on vacation, etc. I Just cannot recommend a place that doesn't try to make things right - and only tried to blame the customer.

She says she's running behind, and I look at my phone. I got no calls OR texts, and my booking account is very current. I ask for the wait time. She says 30 minutes. She made me wait 70. After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.
